One-Page Store

As group buying gains popularity, SHOPLINE's "One-Page Store" feature helps merchants tap into the trend and harness the collective buying power. With all the necessary tools for group buying, you can collaborate with KOLs and influencers more smoothly and build an exclusive platform for you and your partners. ⚠️ Before you begin, please note:

• Only supports TW & HK merchants.
• Only supports SHOP Builder.
• Merchants with "KOL Group Buying" and "Advance Store Management Tools" modules can create up to 1,000 One-Page Stores, while those without the modules are limited to 10 One-Page Stores.

1. Create One-Page Store

Step 1

In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Online Store Design] > [One-Page Store], and click Add Store.

Step 2

Enter the store name (will not display in the storefront). The language options for the store name are the languages supported in your store.

Step 3

Set the start time and end time for the sales period. The One-Page Store will not be displayed during the non-sales period.

*Note: If customers visit the One-Page Store during a non-sales period, they will see the image below:

Step 4

Choose whether to bind an affiliate campaign and whether to apply online store promotion, earn/redeem points & credits settings.

i. Affiliate campaign

Choose whether to bind an affiliate campaign. If yes, the system will automatically apply the discount configured for that specific campaign.

If you haven't created an affiliate campaign yet, please go to [Promotions & Reward] > [Affiliate Campaign] to set one up first. For detailed instructions, please refer to Affiliate Campaign.

*Notes:

• Only affiliate campaigns that are active at the time the One-Page Store is created can be bound.
• If the bound affiliate campaign has expired during checkout, the associated promotions and rewards will be unavailable. Please refer to the following chart for more detailed examples:

• If you bind a specific affiliate campaign, it will display the name of the applied promotion.

ii. Online store promotion

Choose whether to apply Promotions, Free Shipping, Bundle Promotions, and Membership Tier Promotions that are within the campaign period.

iii. Earn member points & store credits

Choose whether to apply "Earn Points & Reward Campaign". If "Do not apply" is selected, point accumulation and rewards will be disabled during the event.

iv. Redeem member points & store credits

Choose whether to apply points redemption or credits redemption. If "Do not apply" is selected, point and credit redemption will be disabled during the event.

Step 5

Customize SEO settings, including Title, Description, Social Preview, Keywords, and SEO-Friendly URL. Then, choose whether to hide this page from search engines.

Step 6

Click Save at the top right corner, and a prompt of successful store establishment will pop up. Then, you will be directed to SHOP Builder for the subsequent product and layout setup.

Step 7

Refer to the following articles to set up products and store layout, and you can create your first One-Page Store. To get the promotion link to your One-Page Store, go to [Online Store Design] > [One-Page Store]. For more details, please refer to Step 8.

Step 8

In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Online Store Design] > [One-Page Store] to view, edit, or delete existing One-Page Stores here. You can also click on the store name to view how it looks on the storefront or get the store promotion link.

*Notes:

• Once the One-Page Store is active or expired, the following settings cannot be edited: "Affiliate Campaign", "Online Store Promotions", "Earn Member Points & Store Credits", and "Redeem Member Points & Store Credits".
• When promoting your One-Page Store, please use the store link obtained from this page. Do not use the SHOP Builder preview link.
• Merchants with the "KOL Group Buying" and "Advance Store Management Tools" modules can create up to 1,000 One-Page Stores. Merchants without the abovementioned modules can create up to 10 One-Page Stores.

2. Storefront Display

i. Product information

The storefront of the One-Page Store supports displaying the following product-related information. You can refer to the description in the chart along with the example images before.

*Note: The "Instant Add to Cart" and "Buy Now" buttons are currently NOT available.

ii. Add to cart

After entering the One-Page Store, click Add to Cart to add the products to the shopping cart. A product without variants will be instantly added to the cart, while a product with variants has a pop-up window for customers to choose options from.

Click the button in the bottom right corner to show the item list containing the current total items in the cart.

iii. Add product set to cart

Step 1

Enter the One-Page Store and click ADD TO CART. A product set window will pop up.

*Notes:

• Customers need to click "ADD TO CART" button to view whether the child products in the product set are sold out.
• For more information about the product set, please refer to Product Set.

Step 2

Select the variation and quantity for the child products. Then, you can check the selection progress in the bottom left of the window .

*Note: If the inventory of a child product becomes zero, the system will display notifications of "Sold out" and "Insufficient inventory. This item cannot be added to the product set".

Step 3

Scroll down to view the selected products for your product set. You can click the  icon to modify the content or directly click ADD TO CART.

iv. Checkout process

Same with the checkout process on Online Store, simply click Checkout and you will be directed to the checkout page.

*Note: If you have enabled the One-Page Checkout feature, please refer to One-Page Checkout｜One-Page Store.

3. Copy One-Page Store

Step 1

In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Online Store Design] > [One-Page Store]. Find the title of the One-Page Store you want to duplicate in the store list, select the drop-down menu, and click Copy.

*Note: When the number of One-Page Stores exceeds the upper limit, the copy feature will be unavailable.

Step 2

The system will redirect you to the store creation page and automatically import the settings of the selected One-Page Store, including the following fields.

Step 3

After you finish and click Save, please wait for the system to redirect you to the SHOP Builder page.

Step 4

Confirm the duplicated store layout, and click Publish to add the new One-Page Store.

4. Notes

• The One-Page Store can only be established using SHOP Builder. The currently available templates include Ultra Chic, Kingsman, Varm, and Philia. Also, each product widget supports displaying up to 40 products in the category. For more details about SHOP Builder, please refer to Introduction｜SHOP Builder. 
   
• Merchants with "KOL Group Buying" and "Advance Store Management Tools" modules can create up to 1,000 One-Page Stores, while those without the modules are limited to 10 One-Page Stores For more details about these modules, please refer to KOL Group Buying and Advance Store Management Tools.
  
   
• The following features are not supported in One-Page Store:
  • Checkout
  • Buy Online, Pick Up In-store
     
• If you switch your theme template to any other than Ultra Chic, Kingsman, Varm, or Philia, your One-Page Store will be unavailable for displaying and editing content.
