To allow merchants to set product available time, the set products can only be bought within the available period.

The article will cover the following:
1. Admin Settings
Step 1: Confirm your plan of store and start using it
In the upper right corner of the store backstage, go to [Hello, OOO] > [My Subscription & Billing] to view the store's plans and modules.
- If you see the screen as below, there are "Paid" and "Module" in the "Plan Subscription" section. Please confirm whether your store has a "Advance Store Management Tools" module. If so, you can go to step 2 to set it up.
- If you see the screen as below, the "Plan" in the "Current Plan" is Basic, Advanced, Premium, O2O, or Enterprise. Please confirm whether your store has a "Premium/O2O/Enterprise".
If so, please go to "App" > "App Store" in the left menu to install the features.
Step 2: Products & Categories > My Products > Edit
Step 3: Go to "Settings" tab and set up "Preset Product Available Time" function
- This toggle is switched off by default. Please switch on the toggle first.
- The field is set up blank as default. If you have already input the value, you can click Clear to clear the value.
- The Produt Available Time could be set by minute, hour, day, month, and year.
- Please use the calendar below for setting. Currently, we do not support directly inputting the date and time in the column.
- The Product Available Time is based on the merchant's location time zone. Cross-border merchants should pay attention to the time difference with buyers.
- It is suggested to indicate the time zone of the available time on the product information page or marketing page.
- The time displayed on the storefront will be converted according to the customer's browser time zone. For example, if the Product Available Time is set to 12:12 PM on 1 September 2019, Taiwan time and the customer’s browser is set to the Eastern Time Zone (US), the time will be shown as 12:12 AM on 1 September 2019.
- Preorder products can still preset Product Available Time.
- To ensure a smooth user experience on the storefront product page, the system has a cache limit. We suggest that merchants set the sale time 5 to 10 minutes in advance to avoid delays. For example, if you want a product to go on sale at 11:11, please complete the setup by 11:06.
There are 3 kinds of setting situation as below:
1. Customers can only buy this published product with set available period.
2. Customers should wait until available start date to purchase this product and never expire.
3. Customers can only buy this published product from now to the available end date.
Step 4: Update the product
Note :
1. Available start/end date is required. If you not fill one of this fields, you cannot update the product.
2. Start time cannot be same or later than end time.
3. End time cannot be same or before than start time.
2. Storefront UI Display
Available situation of product is according to whether the current time is within available period or not.
- Situation 1:Current time is earlier than available period:
Customers cannot buy the product yet, but they can see "Comming Soon" tag on product list page and available start date on product detail page. (Currently supports Ultra Chic、Kingsman、Doris Bien、Bianco、Sangria、Skya、Varm、Philia、Dusk themes)
- Situation 2:Current time is within available period
Customers can add this product to the shopping cart, and they will see available end time on product detail page.(Currently supports Ultra Chic、Kingsman、Doris Bien、Bianco、Sangria、Skya、Varm、Philia、Dusk themes)
- Situation 3:Current time is later than available period.
Customers cannot buy this product and they will see "available time over" tag on product list page/product detail page.

The storefront is displayed as a 24-hour clock format. Cross-border merchants should pay attention to the time difference with buyers when setting up product available time. It is suggested to indicate the time zone of the available time on the product information page or marketing page
3. Wishlist UI Display
If customers add a product with set available period to the wishlist, the wishlist list in the member center will display the status.
- Current time is earlier than available period. Customers will see "Comming soon" and they cannot buy the product yet.

Current time is within available period. Customers can click "ADD TO CART" button to buy this product.
- Current time is later than available period. Customers will see "available time over" status and they cannot buy this product.
4. Express Chekout Page UI Display
- Current time is earlier than available period. Customers will see "Comming soon" and they cannot buy the product yet.
- Current time is within available period. Customers can click "Buy Now" button to buy this product.
- Current time is later than available period. Customers will see "AVAILABLE TIME OVER" status and they cannot buy this product.
*Note :
1. If merchants reset available time of published product, which has been already added to the shopping cart by customer, the product will be removed from the customer's shopping cart. To avoid any controversy, it is suggested that the merchant set the product available time before you publish the product.
2. If the published product has been added to the wishlist by the customer, if you reset product available time, the product will not be removed from the wishlist.
3. If the product is sold out during the available period, customers will see "SOLD OUT" and they cannot buy this product.
