You can set a Member Price for each product, which allows members to enjoy member special offers. This feature would be a great enhancement for your membership programme to increase customer loyalty!

1. Feature setup
Step 1. Confirm your store plan
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Hello, OOO] > [My Subscription & Billing] at the top right corner to view the store's plans and modules.
- If you see the screen below with "Paid" and "Module" in the "Plan Subscription" section, Please confirm whether your store has the "CRM - Membership" module. If so, you can go to step 2 for setup.
- If you see the screen below with the Basic, Advanced, Premium, O2O, or Enterprise as the "Plan" in the "Current Plan", please confirm whether your store has the "Premium/O2O/Enterprise" plan.
If so, please go to [Apps] > [Apps Store] in the left sidebar to install the features.
Step 2. Set in the "Product" tab
Go to [Products & Categories] > [Products], and click to enter the product to be edited. Go to [Quantity & Pricing] or [Variations] and find the "Member Price" field.
A. If the product has no variations, set Member Price in [Quantity & Pricing]
- If the Member Price has been set up (Member Price>0): Non-logged-in members (guests) can only checkout with Regular Price or Sale Price. Logged-in members can enjoy the Member Price.
- If the Member Price has NOT been set up (Member Price = 0 or blank): Customers, logged-in or not, can only checkout with Regular Price or Sale Price.
B. If the product has multiple variations, set Member Price by variant in [Variations]
For example,
The below red product has been set up with a Regular Price and a Member Price,
A non-logged-in member (Guest) can only checkout with the Regular Price ($100); A Logged-in member can then enjoy checkout with the Member Price ($50).
The below blue product has only been set up with a Regular Price,
Both logged-in and non-logged-in members/guests can only checkout with the Regular Price.
Note: If multiple variants are set and the option "Same price as main product" is checked, the Member Price for each variant will NOT be editable but automatically apply the Member Price set in [Quantity & Pricing]. To customize Member Price for each variant, please uncheck "Same price as main product".
Step 3. View price display in the storefront
Click Add or Update to save the settings. Then go to the storefront to see the display of the price.
Non-logged-in members can only see the Regular Price for each variant.
Logged-in members can see the Member Price.
*Note: The display of the Regular Price or Sale Price is based on your settings in the Admin. If the Regular Price and Member Price are the only two prices set, and no Sale Price is specified, consumers will see the difference between the Regular Price and the Member Price.
2. Member Price display in product listing page
Regarding the price display on the product listing page when the product has different price settings, you can set it up flexibly according to different situations!
In the below cases, we list 4 different cases of Member Price display.
Product A: Set Regular Price at $200, Sale Price at $150, Member Price at $100
- Shows Regular Price $200 with a strikethrough, Sale Price $150 for non-logged-in members or guests.
- shows Regular Price $200 with a strikethrough, Member Price $100 for logged-in members.
Product B: Set Regular Price at $200, Sale Price at $0, Member Price at $100;
- Shows Regular Price $200 for non-logged-in members or guests.
- Shows Regular Price $200 with a strikethrough, Member Price $100 for logged-in members
Product C: Set Regular Price at $0, Sale Price at $150, Member Price at $100;
- Shows Sale Price $150 for non-logged-in members or guests.
- Shows Member Price $100 for logged-in members.
Product D: Set Regular Price and Sale Price at $0, Member Price at $100;
- No price is shown and the product would be unavailable for non-logged-in members or guests.
- Shows Member Price as $100 and available for logged-in members.
For non-logged-in members or guests
They would see the following pricing display on the product index page:

*Note: When the Member Price is set for a product, a "Member Price" label will appear in the upper left corner of the product image on the product listing page. The label's visibility depends on whether the customer is logged in as a member and the relevant settings in the [Product Settings] in the Admin.
3. Display Member Price before member login
If you want your customers to see the Member Price before login, you can switch on the Member Price shown setting to attract member registration.
Go to [Settings] > [Product Settings]. Find "Member Price shown on product detail page whether login or not" and switch on the toggle. Then, click Update to save the setting.
*Note: Non-logged-in members or guests can see Member Price on the product detail page, but CANNOT checkout with Member Price before login.
After setting up, non-logged-in members or guests can see the "Member Price" label on the product listing page.
Also, non-logged-in members or guests can see the "Member Only" price on the product detail page.
Example: Set Regular Price as $200, Sale Price as $150, Member Price as $100;
- Shows Regular Price $200 with a strikethrough, Sale Price $150, and Member Price $100 for non-logged-in members/guests.
*click on Member Price will direct to register/login page, lead customers to register for Member Price. - Shows Regular Price $200 with a strikethrough, Member Price $100 for logged-in members.
4. Notes
- The products with Member Price can still apply to all kinds of promotions if the purchase condition is met.
