SHOPLINE supports exporting various reports, including the new Order Report (New), Revenue Analysis by Product Report, Product Sales Volume Report, and Transaction Maintenance Fee Report.

1. Order Report (New)
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Report & Analytics] > [Report Export] and select Order Report (New).
You can choose to export and download orders created within the last 3, 7, or 30 days, or a specified date range (up to 366 days). For more information, please refer to Order Export.
2. Product Sales Volume Report
*Note: The "Product Sales Volume Report" is no longer maintained. We recommend exporting the "Revenue Analysis by Product Report" instead.
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Report & Analytics] > [Report Export] and select Product Sales Volume Report.
You can choose to export and download sales created within the last 3, 7, or 30 days, or a specified date range (up to 31 days). For more information, please refer to Export product sales volume report.
*Notes:
- You can only download reports that are 2 years old or less. For more details, please refer to Order History Auto-Archiving.
- Deleted products will not be displayed in the report.
3. Revenue Analysis by Product Report
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Report & Analytics] > [Report Export] and select Revenue Analysis by Product Report.
You can choose to export and download reports created within the last 3, 7, or 30 days, or a specified date range (up to 31 days). For more information, please refer to Products: Product Sales Analysis | Shoplytics.
*Notes:
- You can only download reports that are 2 years old or less. For more details, please refer to Order History Auto-Archiving.
- Deleted products will not be displayed in the report.
The report includes fields such as Product Type, Product Name, Variation, SKU, and Confirmed Sales.
[Coming Soon] For main products set as gifts, the confirmed sales quantity of both the main product and the gift will be listed separately based on product type. For more details, please refer to Free Gift (New).
4. Traffic Maintenance Fee Report
The system will automatically generate the report of the previous month at 16:00 (UTC+8) on the 1st of each month. Go to [Report & Analytics] > [Report Export] and select Traffic Maintenance Fee Report.
*Notes:
- For information on the Traffic Maintenance Fee, including billing/refund conditions and calculation methods, please refer to Traffic Maintenance Fee Overview.
- To export the detailed report, you must be a store admin with the "View / Traffic Maintenance Fee Report" permission. For more information about administrator permissions, please refer to Edit or Remove an Administrator’s Access Permission.
