In the SHOPLINE Admin, you can send SMS notifications to customers via Broadcast Center and Custom Notifications for optimal remarketing exposure and CRM.

2. SMS fee for Hong Kong stores
The SMS fee will be charged according to the character count in the message. The charging standards differ among different countries/regions.
The fee is HKD$0.8 per local message and HKD$3 per international message.
Some system SMS content will include the store name and the customer's name, so please be noted its effect on the SMS character count.
*Notes:
Each plain half-width English SMS has a 160 characters limit, but the system will split the message when it reaches 153 characters. The 154th to 160th characters will be sent in another message while charging as sending one message.
An SMS mixed with English and Chinese characters is limited to 70 characters, but the system will split the message when it reaches 67 characters. The 68th to 70th characters will be sent in another message while charging as sending one message.

3. SMS fee for Malaysia stores
The SMS fee will be charged according to the character count in the message. The charging standards differ among different countries/regions.
The fee is RM 0.318 per local message and per international message.
Some system SMS content will include the store name and the customer's name, so please be noted its effect on the SMS character count.

4. SMS Report
You can go to [Report & Analytics] > [Report Export] > [SMS Report] to download the monthly report.
- In the report, you will find the country/ area calling code, recipient's mobile number, sent date, SMS type, and the number of messages sent.
- When the message content exceeds the character limit, the system can still send the content in 1 SMS in most countries/regions to prevent the recipients from receiving multiple messages. However, not all countries/regions support this service. Some countries/regions will split the message into segments if it exceeds the character limit.
- If the country/ area code of the recipient's mobile number is the same as the country/ region to which the store belongs, the SMS will be regarded as a local message; if the number is from another country/ area code, it is regarded as an international text message.
5. Notes
- If you use SMS broadcasting, please note that the SMS fee will be incurred depending on the number of recipients. The fee will be based on the monthly SMS report.
- SMS bills of each store cannot be consolidated.
