You can click on the metric section that will expand the data during the selected period. You can select "Omni-Channels", "Online Stores", and "Retail Stores" to display the line graphs of those channels according to your needs.EN-Step2.png

Index Index Description
Gross Merchandise Value Total sales amount from created orders (Including canceled orders)
Gross Orders Total gross orders created (Including canceled orders)
Total Sales The sales amount from Total Orders, which includes product revenue/discount amount/delivery fee etc. ; which is the amount customer ultimately pays. (Excluding canceled orders)*
Total Orders Total orders created (Excluding canceled orders)*

*If there is any change of orders (e.g. canceled orders, order split, or order edit action), the sales amount difference will be counted on the date of action done.

 

 

Average Order Value 

The more orders placed the more revenue in return. We offer the Average Order Value in Shoplytics to let you know how promotion campaigns have been performing.

Total Shoppers

This metric helps you with knowing unique customers in the selected time range. You can click on the metric section that will expand the data during the selected period. Index Index Description
Total Shoppers  The total orders for unique customers in the selected time range; Total Shoppers may not equal to the sum of Shoppers Over Time.
For example, if the time range is Jan 1st - Jan 5th; and Customer A has made orders on Jan 1st and Jan 3rd, then there will be +1 shopper count on Jan 1st and Jan 3rd respectively; but the Total Shopper will be only +1.

 

 

Returning Shopper Rate

the returning shopper rate can show how many returned customers.EN-Step5.png

Index  Index Description
Returning Shopper Rate No. of unique Returning Shoppers* ÷ No. of unique Total Shoppers
E.g. There were 100 shoppers in the selected time range, 30 of them were New shoppers and 70 of them were returning shoppers, the returning shopper rate would be 70%.

*The unique customer counts who have purchased before, and purchased again during the selected time range. More about "Returning Shoppers" please refer to Customers: Shopper Analysis|Shoplytics

Top 10 Products Sold

"Home" has the top 10 products sold, and you can find the top 100 products sold on Products report (available for Standard and Pro version). You can click "Full Report" into the Top 100 report. Please refer to Products|Shoplytics EN-Step7.png
