After completing the member points-related settings, you can check the point setup history, changes in points (point movements like increases and decreases), and other information through "Activity Logs."

1. Activity Logs in SHOPLINE Admin
i. Point history for a single customer
In SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Customer Management] > [Customers], find the target customer, and click View to check their point usage details. Scroll down to the "Member Points" section, where Point Balance, Point History, and more are displayed.
Click View Logs on the top right of the section to view the member points sources for this customer (i.e. which administrator assigned the points or removed the points), the time when the points were given, and point redemption history.
In the event of order splitting, the system will first replenish the member points used for the original order, and then allocate the member points separately to each parent (original) and child order (suborder) for individual redemption.

ii. Export Member Point Redemption Reports
In SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Order Management] > [Orders], click open the More Actions drop-down menu, and select Export Order Report.
Check the order report fields you want to export and click Export to complete the process.
iii. Export Member Points Report
Navigate to [Report & Analytics] > [Report Export] and select Member Points Report.

2. Point History in Member Center
Upon logging in, customers can navigate to [Member Center] > [Member Points] to check their current point balance (total points), the cash equivalent of points, the expiry date of the points held, the Point Redeem to Cash Rules, and the usage history of points.
3. Activity Logs display format
Go to [Customer Management] > [Member Points] and click Activity Logs to view all changes related to point accumulation through purchases and point redemption settings. Details such as the administrator who performed the operation, setup specifics, and the timestamp will all be displayed therein.
Below are some common types of activity logs.
i. Turn ON/OFF Member Points Toggle
When the status shows ON/ OFF, the time and the name of the administrator who performed this action will be displayed in the log.
ii. Turn ON/OFF/Edit Earn Points
A. Turn ON
When the toggle is switched ON, the activity log will display the name of the administrator who performed this action along with detailed settings and the time.
B. Turn OFF
When the toggle is switched OFF, the activity log will display the name of the administrator who performed this action along with the time.
C. Edit
When the status is edited (when it shows "Edit"), the activity log will display the configuration details before the change in black font and the updates made during this session in blue font.
iii. Turn ON/ OFF/ Edit Point Redeem to Cash
A. Turn ON
When the toggle is switched ON, the activity log will display the name of the administrator who performed this action along with detailed settings and the time.
B. Turn OFF
When the toggle is switched OFF, the activity log will display the name of the administrator who performed this action along with the time.
C. Edit
When the status is edited (when it shows "Edit"), the activity log will display the configuration details before the change in black font and the updates made during this session in blue font.
