SHOPLINE offers a powerful range of tools for use with Facebook, including integration with Facebook Live, Facebook CRM, order update notifications, and more. To start using these, you'll first need to connect your Facebook account and Facebook Pages to your store in SHOPLINE Admin.

1. Steps for connecting your Facebook Page
*Notes: To connect to a Facebook Page, you must first log in to your Facebook account and confirm:
- You are an admin for the Facebook Page you want to connect to. If you are an editor/ moderator/ advertiser/ analyst for a Facebook Page (not an admin), you will not be able to complete the integration.
- In your Facebook settings, go to [Apps and websites] > [Preferences] and turn on the setting for "Apps, websites and games". If this setting is turned off, the connection to the Facebook Page will be interrupted.
i. Connect to the main Facebook Page
Step 1. In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Channel Integration] > [Facebook]. Click Start setting below the "Facebook Community Sales" section.
Step 2. Log in to your Facebook account.
Step 3. Select the Facebook Page you want to connect to. Then, click Confirm.
The Facebook Page is now connected.
ii. Connect to multiple Facebook Pages
Step 1. Go to [Channel Integration] > [Facebook] and click Add a new FanPage.
Step 2. Select the Facebook Page you want to connect to. Then, click Confirm.
Your second Facebook Page is now connected.
*Note: If you'd like to connect to another Facebook Page, please repeat the steps above. You can connect to at most 10 Facebook Pages (including the main Facebook Page).
2. Notes
A. If you cannot find your Page when trying to connect it in SHOPLINE Admin
1. Make sure you have been a Facebook Page's admin for over 7 days. If you have been a Facebook Page admin for less than 7 days, Facebook will not allow you to connect a Facebook Page to SHOPLINE.
2. If you have been a Facebook Page admin for over 7 days, please log in to your Facebook account first. Click on your profile picture at the top-right of the window, then go to [Settings & privacy] > [Settings] > [Business integrations]. Then, remove "Messenger by SHOPLINE". After this, go back to SHOPLINE Admin and connect your page again.
B. If you are using Meta Business Suite to manage permissions for your Facebook Page, make sure that you have allowed the permission in [Accounts] > [Pages] > [People].
C. Supports connecting to 1 Main Facebook Page and 9 other Pages
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Channel Integration] > [Facebook] > [Social Commerce]. The first connected Facebook Page will be labeled as "Main Page".
If you disconnect the page or the connection has expired, the system will display which feature will be limited for use.
