This update enhanced multiple elements and features, enabling more flexible presentation of products and promotions while delivering a smoother customer experience. Key improvements include video elements, product detail pages, download gift campaigns, and pop-up ads.
i. "Video element" supports cover images
You can upload the cover image. JPG/PNG/JPEG/GIF formats are supported, with a maximum file size of 2MB.
ii. Product detail page supports promotion display
When you enable "Show promotion campaign information on product details page" in the SHOPLINE Admin > [Promotion & Reward] > [Promotions], applicable promotions will appear on the product detail page in the app, encouraging customers to use the offers.
Tap the promotion name to open the "Applicable Promotions for This Product" pop-up.
iii. Optimized the "App Download Gift Campaign" feature

Conditions for customers to claim the download gift
- The App Download Reward campaign is available.
- The configured store credit / points / coupon campaign is available.
- The device has not previously claimed the download gift.
- The logged-in account has not previously claimed the download gift.
iv. Optimized store information display
Adjusted the display size of store images to ensure image integrity on both the store information and store details pages.

v. Optimized the "Pop-up Ads" feature

You can now set up to 3 pop-up ads in the app.
- Added the "Pop-up ads timing" option. You can select between "Appear every time the app opens" or "Appear once per day when app opens".
vi. Supports QR code product redemption
Shopper App supports the QRedeem (TW) and O2O Redemption (HK) apps. Customers can redeem products by presenting the QR code in the Shopper App. For more information, please refer to: QR Code Product Redemption | Shopper App.
