"Store Information Settings" allows customers to search for the list of retail stores, images, phone numbers, addresses, and business hours.
This article will cover the following:
1. Store information settings
Step 1
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Mobile App Management] > [App Settings] and click on Store Information Settings.
Step 2
The store info on this page will be synced from ONE Omni Channel for those first entering the page. This page will display all established stores in sequence, and the app will also show all store info to customers accordingly. If you haven't previously created any store info in the ONE Omni Channel platform, then this page will not display it. The upper left corner of the store displays the store information type label, allowing you to see whether it is an Existing store or a Custom store directly.
Step 3
You can enter the store name or select a store location (country/ region, city, and district) to filter stores that meet the criteria.
Step 4
You can select a store and click on it to view detailed information about that store.
Upon entering the page, you can view all the contents set for that store, including store name, store address, business hours, store phone number, store tags, store description, and the app preview of the displayed store information.
Step 5
Click on the icon to adjust the store's order (move up/ down), change the store's display status (show/ hide), and delete the store.
2. Add "Custom store"
Step 1
Click the Add a store button on the top right to add a new store.
Next, you will be directed to the store information creation page. See below.
*Note: All newly added stores will be categorized as "Custom store," while stores automatically synchronized from the ONE platform will fall into "Existing store."
Step 2
A. Set store name
Insert at least one store name in one language to display to customers. Customers will see the store name according to their language settings on the app.
B. Add store images
You can upload up to 5 store images. The first image will be set as the main image of the store. You can drag the image to change the image order.
Step 3
A. Choose the location of the store
To insert a store address, you need to select the location, city/ county, and store district. Please enter at least one store address in one language. Customers will see the store address according to their language preference on the app.
B. Display store map (optional)
If you want to display a store map, please copy the HTML code of your store address from Google Maps and paste it into the box below. Click Embed map to display your store map on the page.

The store map will display as follows:
C. Modify store map
If you need to change the map, click Modify HTML code and insert the new HTML code.
Once you click on Modify HTML code, it will display the previous HTML code.
Step 4
If you want to display business hours on the app, you can add them in the "Business Hours" section. It supports adding business hours "By week" and "By specific date."
Click + Add business hours to add different sets of business hours by week. Click Remove to delete the business hours.
Step 5
Click on + Add phone number to set the store's contact phone number. The phone number should not exceed 20 characters in length, and it is recommended to set a maximum of 2. Click Remove to delete the corresponding store phone number.
Step 6
You can add a store tag to highlight the special service provided in your store (e.g. Wi-Fi). You can add store tags in different languages and customers will see the tags according to their language settings on the app.
*Note: Each tag should consist of at least 2 characters. Each language can support up to 5 tags.
Step 7
You can add a store description to describe your store to customers. Customers will see the description according to their language settings on the app.
Step 8
Once you have finished configuring the above store information, click Save.
The most recently added store information will be positioned as the first entry in the store list.
3. Edit "Existing store"
Step 1
Find the store synchronized from the ONE platform and click on Edit on the right to enter the store editing page.
Step 2
A. Set store name
"Automatically sync store name" will be checked by default for the store name, but you can also uncheck it and customize the name as needed. If you choose to check it, any changes made to the information on the ONE platform will be automatically synchronized and updated in your app.
B. Upload store images
You can upload a maximum of 5 store images. You can drag and adjust the image order. The first uploaded image will be used as the main display.
Step 3
A. Set store address
"Automatically sync store address" will be checked by default for the store address, but you can also uncheck it and customize the address. If you choose to check it, any changes made to the information on the ONE platform will be automatically synchronized and updated in your app.
B. Set store map
Please check Step 3 of 2. Add "Custom store" for detailed setup instructions.
Step 4
Set business hours. For detailed instructions, please refer to Step 4 of 2. Add "Custom store."
Step 5
"Automatically sync store phone number" will be checked by default for the phone number. You can also choose to uncheck this box and customize the phone number as needed. If you choose to check it, any changes made to the information on the ONE platform will be automatically updated in your app as well.
Step 6
Set store tags. For detailed instructions, please refer to Step 6 of 2. Add "Custom store."
Step 7
Please enter the content for the store description and set the details according to Step 7 of 2. Add "Custom store."
🔔 Reminder: You can hover the cursor over the icon at the bottom right of the description field (as indicated above). Once the "up-down back arrow" (⬍) icon appears, you can then drag it to adjust the field size and view the complete description content.
Step 8
Upon completing the setup, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save the configured store information.
Step 9
Click Show to display the store information.
*Note: The store status will be set as "Hidden" after the initial automatic synchronization from the ONE platform. You need to change the status to "Show" for the store information to be shown on the app.
4. Preview store information
Step 1
Select the Store Information tab to view the store information, including the store's main image, name, tag, address, and business hours.
Step 2
Click Store Details tab to view the content you set, including the store's image, name, tag, business hours, address, map, and description.
