Shopper App supports the QRedeem (TW) and O2O Redemption (HK) apps. Customers can redeem products either by using their email or by directly presenting the QR code displayed on the order page in the Shopper App.
⚠️ Before you start, please be reminded: To enable this feature, please contact our Online Merchant Success Team.
This article will cover the following:
1. Redemption process
Step 1
Customers open the app and go to the "My Orders" page. Orders that include QRedeem / O2O products will display a "QR Code Redeem" tag.
Step 2
Tap the QR Code button to enter the order details page.
*Note:
- If the order status is "Confirmed" or "Pending", the system will display a "QR Code" button, which customers can tap to view or redeem the code. If the order status is "Cancelled" or "Completed", this button will not be displayed.
Step 3
i. Generate QR code by order
Each order generates a single QR code. The redemption page will display the QR code, products in the order, and related information. If the order contains multiple products, customers can tap to view the full list.
After the product has been redeemed, the QR code will display a "Redeemed" stamp.
ii. Generate QR code by product
Each product generates its own QR code. The order details page will display the product list, product information, redeemed quantity, redemption deadline, and other related information. Tap "QR Code" to enter the redemption page.
*Note: Orders that generate QR codes by product do not currently support product sets, add-on items, or free gifts.
The redemption page will display the QR code, redemption store, product list, and other details. If multiple products were purchased, customers can scroll down to view other products.
After the product has been redeemed, the QR code will display a "Redeemed" stamp.
The redeemed product will also be marked as "Redeemed" in the product list, and the button will be disabled. Products that have not yet been redeemed can still be redeemed.
2. Notes
- When customers enter the QR code page, if the product has not yet been redeemed, the system will automatically adjust the screen brightness on their device to 80% to ensure smoother scanning.
-
If the order has expired, the QR code will still be displayed on the redemption page. Please consult the store staff if you need assistance.
-
Since the QR code contains sensitive customer information, the system will display a warning message if a screenshot is taken of the QR code page.
