In the SHOPLINE Admin, you can export a variety of retail store reports, including Order Details, Transaction Lists, Transaction Details, and more. You can use the reports to review the store's operation, sales, and order status and strategize store operations.
This article will explain how to use the Product Inventory Report and describe the report fields.
1. Export Product Inventory Report
Step 1
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Report & Analytics] > [Report Export] > Retail Store and click Product Inventory Report.
Step 2
Click Export to export the report.
Step 3
The report will be sent to your mailbox. You can either download the report from your mailbox or go to [Report and Analysis] > [Bulk Action Progress] in the SHOPLINE Admin.
2. Columns in the Product Inventory Report
- Product Type: Type of the product. For example, Product, Free Gifts, etc.
- Product Type: Name of the product.
- Variation: Color, size, or other variations of the product.
- Supplier: Supplier that provides the product.
- Category: Category of the product.
- SKU: SKU of the product.
- Barcode: Barcode of the product. *Note: If an existing product is also set as a free gift, the free gift will have a different barcode.
- Regular Price: Regular price of the product.
- Sale Price: The sale price of the price.
- Retail Store Price: Price of the product in the retail store.
- [Coming Soon] Store-specific Price: The product price in a specific store. The store-specific price is shown as "{Store Name} Price" on the sheet. *Note: Store-specific Price is only available for merchants using the "e-Commerce+Retail POS/ Social Commerce+Retail POS/ e-Commerce+Social Commerce+Retail POS" plans, and merchants must switch on the "Set store-specific prices for products" toggle in the SHOPLINE Admin. - Member Price ~ other prices of membership tiers: Member Prices and prices of other membership tiers. For example, Member Price, Newbie Price, and General Member Price as shown in the table above.
- Product Cost: Cost of the product.
- Primary (warehouse): Inventory quantity of the product in the primary warehouse.
- Other warehouses: Inventory quantity of the product in other warehouses. For example, "凱西的門市分店" as shown in the table above.
- Total Inventory: Total inventory of the primary warehouse and other warehouses. Calculation method: inventory of the primary warehouse + other warehouses.

Total Cost: Cost of the product. Calculation method: Product Cost x Total Inventory.
