You can create sales campaigns through the SHOP Builder's "Sales Booster Widget" app, set target amounts and quantities for specific products, and flexibly arrange the display on the storefront to attract customers and drive orders.
This article will cover the following:
1. Install the app
Step 1
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Apps] > [Apps Store]. Use the drop-down menu to select "Store Design".
Step 2
Find the "SHOP Builder - Sales Booster Widget" app and click Install Now. For more information on app installation, please refer to: Apps Store.
Step 3
Continue with the authorization of relevant permissions and click Install & authorize to complete the process.
2. Add a collective sales campaign
Step 1
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Apps] > [My Apps]. Find the "SHOP Builder - Sales Booster Widget" and click Open App.
Step 2
Click the Add button.
*Note: You can create up to 40 campaigns.
Step 3
Complete the following settings as instructed.
i. Campaign name
This name is for internal management only, with a limit of 30 characters.
ii. Target amount
Set a target amount for the sales campaign. If left blank, it will default to 0.
iii. Select product
Click the Select product button. You can search by product name or tag and select up to 10 products (including product sets).
*Note: The target products cannot be edited once the campaign starts.
After adding products, you can view the selected items on the campaign page and drag the button to adjust the display order on the storefront.
iv. Campaign period
Set the campaign period in hours, with a maximum duration of 180 days. Please note the restrictions as follows:
- Before the campaign starts: You can edit both the start and end times.
- After the campaign starts: Only the end time can be edited.
- After the campaign ends: Neither the start nor end time can be edited.
v. Custom starting value
You can customize the starting amount and quantity for the campaign. If you don't need to set a starting value, please enter 0.
Step 4
After completing the setup, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Step 5
You can view, edit, and delete existing campaigns on the campaign list page.
*Note:
- After editing a campaign, the system requires 3 to 5 minutes to update on the storefront.
- Once a campaign is deleted, it cannot be restored.
3. Display the campaign on the storefront
Step 1
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Online Store Design] > [Pages]. Click Add Page and choose Advanced Page. Or click on the Edit button next to the existing pages.
*Note: This feature only supports advanced pages with the mark .
Step 2
Click + Widget to add a new widget.
Step 3
Find the "Extension" section and click Sales Combo or Campaign Product. The following will introduce each option separately.
i. Sales Combo Widget
Click + Collective Sales Campaign.
Select the collective sales campaign you want to display and set the title and content. Click Save to show the preview in the right section.
You can freely combine product, image, text, and video components. For detailed steps, please refer to: Sales Combo Widget|SHOP Builder.
The content displayed in the collective sales campaign component is based on the following table:

*Notes:
- The accumulated amount and accumulated quantity data are updated every 30 minutes.
- If you uninstall this app, the collective sales campaign component will no longer be displayed on the storefront, and the calculation of campaign performance will be terminated.

If no campaign is set or the campaign is deleted in the collective sales campaign component, the default screen will be displayed on the storefront.
ii. Campaign Product Widget
Click the Campaign Product component.
Select the collective sales campaign you want to display and set the title and content. Click Save to show the preview in the right section.
For the next seven settings, please refer to the table below.
Product Image Proportion |
You can set the product image proportion to 3:4 / 2:1 / 1:1. |
Product Per Row (Desktop) |
You can set the number of products from 1 to 4; on mobile devices, it is fixed to 1. |
Padding |
You can adjust the vertical / all-side padding of the widget, ranging from 1 to 30 px. |
Display remaining stock |
Choose whether to display the remaining stock (excluding the preorder limit). The toggle is switched on by default, i.e., the remaining stock will be displayed. *Notes:

Display campaign sales quantity |
Choose whether to display the campaign sales quantity. The toggle is switched on by default, i.e., the campaign sales quantity will be displayed. *Notes:

Show product summary |
Choose whether to show the product summary, with a maximum of 9 lines. The toggle is switched on by default, i.e., the product summary will be displayed. |
Show Hidden Products |
Choose whether to show Hidden Products. The toggle is switched off by default, i.e., the Hidden Products will not be displayed. |
Step 4
Click Preview Page to view if everything is correct. Then, click Publish to publish the advanced page.
4. Notes
- SHOP Builder currently only supports Ultra Chic, Kingsman, Varm, and Philia theme templates.
- If you have enabled the Layout Engine editor, please adjust the code according to the following documents or contact the Online Merchant Success Team.
- Staff members need to have "Apps" permissions to access the sales booster widget app. Store owners can go to [Settings] > [Permission & Security] to enable the permission.
