Upon completing the relevant setup for your Store Credits, you can view and keep track of the edit history of your Store Credits via the "View Logs" feature.

1. View logs of Store Credit campaigns
Step 1
Go to the Admin > [Customer Management] > [Store Credits] and click View Logs.
Step 2
You will then be redirected to the "Store Credits Setting Logs" page where all the setup records for store credits will be displayed. Click More to view complete details, and click Hide to collapse the detailed records.
2. Display rules of Store Credit campaign logs
The way the credit setting logs are displayed can be broken down into four scenarios as follows.
i. When you first switch on the Store Credits Toggle/ change the store credit status from "OFF" to "ON" and the content is left untouched
The log will display the status "Turn ON," the editor (administrator), and the time the status was updated.
ii. When the store credit status shows "ON" and the content has been changed
The log will display the status "Edit" and the change made will be indicated by an arrow and a description in blue.
iii. When the store credit status switches from "ON" to "OFF"
The system will pop up a window to confirm once again whether to disable the feature. If you're positive, please click Disable.
The log will display the status "Turn OFF," the editor (administrator), and the time the status was updated.
iv. When both the store credit status and the content are not changed
No campaign or edit records will display.
*Note: When setting the store credit, you need to click the Update button at the bottom right of the page to complete the setup and save the setting logs.
