You can set up the path to the Member Center on Top Navigation and Bottom Navigation of the app homepage, and flexibly design the elements displayed within the Member Center to create a branded, customized member page.
Customers can use this page to view their personal information, contact the store, and access other related details.
1. Setup in Admin
Go to SHOLINE Admin > [Shopper App Management] > [App Design] > [Member Center]. Click Set up to enter the editing page.
In the left-side element panel, click to configure the following elements.
i. Top Navigation
Set up the icons in the top-right corner of the Member Center. You can enable up to 2 icons, and "Setting" is visible by default, which cannot be removed.
*Note:
The Top Navigation cannot be reordered, deleted, or hidden.
The "Search" and "Messages" icons were introduced in the platform version v1.17. If your app is running on an older version, these features will not display correctly. Go to [Shopper App Management] > [App Publish Settings] to view your current version.
ii. Member Profile
Display basic customer information and membership codes.
Complete the following settings in the right editing area.
A. Member barcode
Turn off this toggle to hide the membership code button.
B. Membership code basis
- SHOPLINE customer ID: The system will automatically generate a unique ID for each customer.
- Member mobile number: If a customer has not set a mobile number, a pop-up will appear when they tap the member code button, guiding them to fill in their mobile number. The member code will be available after the setup is completed.
C. Membership code format
You can select either "Barcode", "QR Code", or both.
3. Member Element
Click Member Element to set up the element. Please refer to Member Element for details.
*Note: If the homepage already contains a Member element, the member element settings within the Member Center page will synchronize with the content of the homepage's member element.
If you update the content of the member element on one of the pages, the member element on the other page will also be updated accordingly.
4. My Orders
Display order information by status under the member account, including five buttons: "Unpaid", "Confirmed", "Shipped", "Arrived", and "My Orders". Tap a button to the corresponding order list page.
The lower section displays "Wishlist" and "Recently Viewed" by default. "Subscribed" will be shown based on whether [App Notifications Settings] > [Personal Message] > [Promotions] > [Promotion Start Notification] is enabled in the admin.
*Notes:
- "My Orders" element can be reordered, but currently cannot be hidden or removed.
- When customers are not logged in, specific counts will not be displayed for "Wishlist" and "Subscribed".
You can choose whether to display a banner image on the order list page in the right editing panel. Custom images and destination links are supported.
5. My Assets
Display the member’s points, store credits, and coupons. The data is automatically synced with the store’s Admin and cannot be edited.
6. Member Referral
Display according to the settings of the [Shopper App Management] > [App Member Referral Campaign] and cannot be edited.
7. Bottom Navigation
Set up 3–5 icons in the bottom section of the Member Center. Please refer to Bottom Navigation | Shopper App for details.
8. Other elements
You can click Add an element to add and set up the following elements:
After all the content is set, click Update and use at the top right to update the app.
