You can use the "Comment Management" tab in Instagram livestream backstage to quickly monitor livestream performance and manage customer comments. The "Product Overview" tab displays the sales performance of each product, allowing you to adjust your marketing strategies based on this data.

1. Comment Management
Step 1
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and enter an Instagram livestream.
Step 2
Click the "Comment Management" icon on the left.
In the upper half "Live overview" section, you can find information such as "Total Comment(s)", "Order(s)", "Total Order Amount", the number of "Comment(s)", and the number of "Keyword Comment(s)".
In the lower half "Comment Management" section, you can message the customer, edit the shopping cart, and create orders for the customer. For more information, please refer to the following article.
2. Product Overview
Click the "Product Overview" icon on the left.
In the upper half "Live Overview" section, you can find information such as "Comments", "Keyword Comments", "Orders", etc.
