After signing up as a member and setting up the password, customers can view their member profile, orders, store credits, etc. in the online store. 

This article will introduce the sections of the member center page:

 

1. Go to the member's account

The web page view depends on the selected theme template. Customers can find a "person" icon or a "Sign in" button at the storefront. Click the icon to log in or access the "My Account" page.

2. Profile page

Customers can view the 4 sections below:

i. Member reminder and reward

  • Member reminder: You can enable the "Customers can view membership upgrade and extend reminder" feature in the Admin. Customers will see the membership expiry date, membership offer, condition to upgrade the membership and extension condition. Customers can click View All Membership for more information.

    *Note: If the "Customers can view membership upgrade and extend reminder" feature is not enabled, customers can still click View All Membership for more information.

  • Member profile completion reward: You can enable the feature button in the Admin to attract members to complete their profiles by providing incentives.

    *Note: The description of rewards (store credits/member points/coupons) will be customized depending on the store's settings.

  • Member referral campaign: You can create a member referral campaign in the Admin. After it's published, the customer's referral link and the rewards will show on the profile page.

ii. Member profile

Customers can manage their personal information on this page, including name, email address, mobile number, gender, birthday, password, and third-party account.

 

iii. Subscription

Displays the subscription status of each channel (email、SMS、WhatsApp、Facebook、LINE) for receiving "Promotion Notification" and "Order Notification".

For more information, please refer to Edit Customer Information in Admin.

 

iv. Delivery and payment info

Customers can set up mobile number, address, and credit card information.

*Note: After completing the edits in the member center, customers need to click Save Changes in the bottom right corner to apply the changes.

3. Member Points

On this page, members can view the store credit details in their accounts, including the point balance, date, point change reason (click the order number to jump to the order details page), point movement, and expiry date.

*Note: Members can view the assignment and deduction of member points by the merchant in the store Admin. As the relevant information cannot be edited, restored, or deleted, please take care of making the changes.

4. Store Credits (for merchants using the Premium plan)

On this page, members can view the store credit details in their accounts, including the credit balance, date, credit change reason (click the order number to jump to the order details page), credit movement, and expiry date.

*Note: Members can view the assignment and deduction of store credits by the merchant in the store Admin. As the relevant information cannot be edited, restored, or deleted, please take care of making the changes.

5. Coupons

The page is divided into three tabs: Coming Soon, Valid and Invalid. Customers can view all coupons, discount codes and usage restrictions.

6. Messages

Customers can contact you via message on this page, and the message will be sent to the Message Center in the store Admin. Besides showing in the Message Center, the message records between you and the customer will also be displayed on this page. A backup will be sent to the member's email.

*Note: This page serves the same as the "message" icon / Contact Us in the online store.

7. Orders

In the Order tab, customers can view the orders they have placed, and click View to check the order details.

8. Wishlist

Customers can view the list of products that have been added to their wishlist, which includes the product image and the price. There is an ADD TO CART / BUY NOW button so that customers can add products to the shopping cart and checkout at any time.

*Note: If the stock of the product in the customer's wishlist reaches 0, when the customer clicks the ADD TO CART / BUY NOW button, the system will display an "In Stock Notification On" prompt. A notification will be sent to the customer when the product is back in stock.
