On the "Products" page of the MCC App, you can view products from SHOPLINE's Admin and unconnected channel products separately. You can perform actions such as product syncing, editing, listing, and connecting for one-stop product management.

1. How to sync products
➤ Once the MCC App is installed, the SHOPLINE products will be automatically synced to
the MCC App. As you add / delete / update product information in the SHOPLINE Admin, the information will also be synced in the MCC App. If the product information is not synced promptly, you can follow the steps below for manual syncing.
➤ Once a Shopee store is authorized, the Shopee products will be automatically synced to the MCC App for one time. As you add / delete / update product information in Shopee,
you will need to follow the steps below for manual syncing.
Step 1
In the MCC App, go to [Products]. Click Sync SHOPLINE products and Sync Shopee products at the top right corner. The system will automatically sync your SHOPLINE/Shopee products to the MCC app.
Step 2
View the stores undergoing product syncing and the progress. If there are many products, you can click Sync in Admin to let the system continue syncing products in the background, and later check the sync progress in the "Task Center" at the top right.
*Note: Sync failures may be caused by network issues, product data errors, or an invalid store.
Step 3
After successful syncing, the "SHOPLINE Products" page will display all existing products from the SHOPLINE Admin, including details such as "Product name", "Price", "Inventory", and "Connected Shopee products."
The "Unconnected channel products" page will display all existing products from the SHOPLINE Admin, including details such as "Product name", "SPU", "Price", "Inventory", and "Status."
*Notes:
- If you add products to SHOPLINE or a channel store, you will need to sync products again.
- If you only need to sync a single product, you can sync it by clicking the button on the right side of the product.
2. How to connect products
The MCC App supports both product connection / SKU connection. For more information on SKU connection, please refer to: Inventory|MCC App.
i. Manually connect a single product
Go to the "SHOPLINE Products" or "Unconnected channel products" page and click the button on the right side of the product.
Use the product search function or directly select products from the list below for product connection. Click Confirm to proceed.
ii. Manually connect all products
Go to the "SHOPLINE Products" or "Unconnected Channel Products" page, and click on Connect product at the top right. Review product connecting rules, and click Confirm. The system will automatically match and connect SHOPLINE and channel products.
Product connecting rules:
- Each SHOPLINE product can only be connected to one channel product in the current store.
- The number of product variations must be exactly the same.
- Product SKU names must be non-blank and identical.
- The connecting operation only applies to unconnected products and will not affect already connected products.
- To adjust connected products, you can manually unconnect them and then connect them again.
*Note: If you manually connect a single product, the system supports different SKUs for SHOPLINE and Shopee products.
iii. Auto product connection
Go to [Settings] > [Product Settings].
Switch on the "Auto product connection" feature. The system will automatically sync all products from your SHOPLINE store and channel stores every 2 hours.
*Note: Enabling this feature will trigger both product connection and SKU connection.
iv. Disconnect products
On the "SHOPLINE Products" page, click on the button to the right of the product and then click "Disconnect".
*Notes:
-
After successful connecting, there will be the following changes in the display of the connected products:
- On the "SHOPLINE products" page: "Connected Shopee products" will display the connected channel products; "Status" will display the current sales status.
- On the "Unconnected Channel products" page: The corresponding product will be hidden.
- After disconnecting, the product will be displayed on the "Unconnected channel products" page again.
- Disconnecting the product will not disconnect its SKU. I you don't want automatic changes in inventory, please proceed to [Inventory] to disconnect the corresponding SKU manually.
3. How to edit products
i. Edit SHOPLINE products
On the "SHOPLINE products" page, click the product ID below the product name. The system will automatically redirect to the editing page in SHOPLINE Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products]. Please make edits on this page. For more details, please refer to: Uplodad Products.
*Notes:
- When you finish editing a product in the SHOPLINE Admin, the MCC App will automatically sync the changes. If you notice that updates are not timely, you can manually click Sync SHOPLINE products.
- The MCC App will automatically sync product information in the default language set in the SHOPLINE Admin. Please ensure that the product name, variants, and SKU are not left blank.
ii. Edit Shopee products
In the "Unconnected channel products" or "SHOPLINE products" page, click the button to the right of the connected product to enter the editing page.
You can edit the following information: "Category information", "Basic information", "Product image", "Selling information", and "Shipping policy". For more detailed information, please refer to Shopee Seller Education Hub (only available in Chinese).
*Notes:
- The edits you make in the MCC App will be updated to our Shopee store.
- If you edit the product information at Shopee, please ensure to click Sync Shopee products to sync the changes to the MCC App.
4. How to create/publish products
i. Create products in SHOPLINE
If you have not created the corresponding products for connecting in your SHOPLINE/Shopee store, the MCC App supports duplicating Shopee product data and creating a new product in your SHOPLINE store.
Go to the "Unconnected channel products" page, and click Duplicate to SHOPLINE on the top right.
Use the product search or filter function, or directly select a product from the list below, and click Confirm. Once the duplication is successful, the system will create a new product in the SHOPLINE Admin and automatically connect the product in the MCC App.
*Note:
- The "SKU" field for Shopee products cannot be empty.
- After the duplication is successful, SHOPLINE products will be set to "Inactive" by default. Please confirm the product information and manually publish them.
ii. Create products in Shopee
Go to the "SHOPLINE products" page, and click the button to the right of the product.
Set the product's category in the Shopee store. Then, click OK to enter the product editing page.
Follow the system prompts to fill in the product information, and click Create. Then, choose whether to publish the product immediately.
If you select Don't list now, you can publish it later by clicking the button on the product list page.
*Note: When creating a new product from SHOPLINE to Shopee, the system defaults to syncing SHOPLINE's "Product Description" field with the Shopee "Product description" field. You can go to [Settings] > [Product Settings], click Rules settings next to "Product description filling rules," and Select SHOPLINE's "Product description".
5. How to search/filter products
If you have a large number of products, you can use the search function to find the product you want to view. The search supports "Product name," "Product SPU / SKU," or "Product ID."
You can also use the filter function to filter the following two statuses.
- Connection status: Connected/Unconnected
- Product status: To be listed/Listing/Failed to list/Active/Inactive/Banned/Reviewing.
Keywords and filter conditions you set will display on top of the product list. You can click "X" to remove it, or click Clear to remove all.
