[Coming Soon] How to Connect Shopee Stores|MCC App

With the Multichannel Connect App (MCC App) , you can sync product, inventory, and order information across multiple sales platforms. It offers flexible integration for different stores, allowing you to manage your brand easily from one place.

This article will cover the following:

 

1. How to install MCC App

Step 1

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Apps] > [Apps Store]. Click open the "Filter" dropdown menu and check "Merchandising" and "Store Management". Find "Multichannel Connect" and click to enter the feature page.

 

Step 2

Click Install Now. For detailed instructions on installing the app, please refer to: Apps Store.

 

Step 3

After installation, go to [Apps] > [My Apps] and click Open App next to "Multichannel Connect".

Step 4

If you have multiple stores, please select the store you want to authorize or log in to. After confirming the authorization information, click Install & Authorize to complete the process.

2. How to connect Shopee stores

Step 1

If you have not yet authorized any stores, click Authorize Store on any page or go to [Settings] > [Store Management] and click Add Store in the upper right corner.

Step 2

Select "Shopee" channel and click Authorize.

Step 3

Before authorizing the store, please check whether your store meets the requirements below and click Next.

  • Only TW sites are supported for authorization.
  • Only local stores are supported for authorization.
  • Only Shopee store account is supported for authorization.
  • We suggest using the same IP address and computer you normally use to access the Shopee account for the authorization.

Step 4

Enter the store name and click Authorize. You will be redirected to the Shopee website.

*Note: This field is only for internal use and will not change the name of your Shopee store. The character limit is 100.

Step 5

Log in to your Shopee account and enter the SMS verification code.

*Note: Please log in directly. Authorization will fail if you select "Switch to Main account".

Step 6

Confirm your Shopee store and authorization information. Click Confirm Authorization.

Step 7

Set the authorization period, which can range from 7 to 365 days. Click Confirm Authorization.

*Note: It is recommended to select the maximum authorization period to avoid  frequent re-authorizations due to store expiration.

Step 8

After the authorization is successful, the system may take 3 to 15 minutes to sync products and orders. You can check the sync progress in the "Task Center" at the top right.

*Notes:

  • Deleted products will not be synced.
  • Only orders within 15 days of successful authorization will be synced.

3. How to manage all channel stores

Step 1

Go to MCC App > [Settings] > [Store Management].

Step 2

The system will display the names, authorization times, and expiration dates of all authorized Shopee stores. You can perform the following actions:

i. Visit store

Click on theScreenshot 2024-06-12 at 5.20.19 PM.pngbutton next to the store name to enter the Shopee store.

ii. Modify name

The character limit is 100.

iii. Re-authorize

Based on your selected authorization period, you will need to reauthorize once it expires.

iv. Delete

Delete the store.

*Note: The store data cannot be restored after deleting the store. Please be careful.
