Customize your store's display name in the Admin. If you manage multiple SHOPLINE stores, custom names help you quickly identify and switch between them.
Step 1
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Settings] > [Basic Settings].
Step 2
Go to the "Basic Info > Shop Name" field and enter your custom store name.
*Notes:
- If the store name contains a ".", it may be recognized as a text that resembles a URL during SMS delivery, leading to message delivery failure.
- The SMS real-name registration signature will be based on the name of the store, company, or brand that you have set. If you wish to update your SMS signature while changing your store name, please contact our Online Merchant Success Team.
Step 3
Click the button in the bottom right corner to save, and the online store name list on the left will be updated.
*Note: If your login account is an administrator for multiple SHOPLINE stores, you can click the drop-down arrow on the right to quickly switch between stores.
