If you wish to temporarily close your store when you're making changes, follow the steps below.
⚠️ Before you start, please be reminded that: If you set the store to "Closed," the following features will not support issuing store credits or member points.
- Birthday Credits
- Welcome Credits
- The "Earn Points" feature (except for orders from offline retail stores)
- Order Reward Credits (except for orders from offline retail stores)
- Apply Reward Campaign to issue credits (except for orders from offline retail stores)

Step 1
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Settings] > [Basic Settings].
Step 2
Under Shop Status, select Closed. Click Update to save the change.
2. Ways to view temporarily closed store
After changing the store to the "Closed" state, when you enter any page of your store, the word SHOP CLOSED will appear.
To preview your store while you are resting, click Preview My Store at the top right of the store Admin.
