Merchants can create different promotional campaigns with discount incentives to maximise their sales and profit.
And you can give "Store Credits" to members who first registered your shop and allow your members to use the credits when they are shopping in your store.
Steps to set up "Welcome Credits"
Step 1：Go to "Customer Management" Tab
Select "Store Credits"
Step 2: Set Welcome Credits
Using the same method, you can turn on the toggle button for welcome credits.
You can then set the credit amount and validity period for first time registered members. If there is no validity period, tick the box "Never Expires".
＊Please note: Once the customer registers to become a member (Applies to basic members), system will immediately send credits to this member, there is no waiting time.
When you have finished setting both credits, please press "update" to complete settings.
