- Upload status: Successfully uploaded.
-
Operation status: No further operations can be performed (meet one of the following):
- The inventory count result is "Adjusted" or "Matched".
- The purchase order status is "In storage" or "Cancelled".
- The inventory transfer status is "Partially in storage", "In storage" or "Cancelled".
-
Active page: Not on the "Inventory count", "Purchase order" or "Inventory transfer" pages.

*Note: You can still view cleared data on the POS app via "Search". Data in the POS Admin will not be deleted.
3. Notes
-
For merchants who have more than one store, when you reset all data or order and transaction data, the system will clean the data in all your stores first, and resync the data of the store you're currently logged into. It will resync the data of your other store once you log into the store account.
- For example, you have Store A and Store B and are currently logged into Store A. When you reset all data, the system will only resync Store A data. The system will resync Store B data when you switch from Store A to Store B.
- If your store data is not synced to the latest when resetting, the system will terminate the process to prevent data loss. Please sync your data to the latest before resetting.
- Please maintain a stable network connection, or the reset might fail.
