Facebook Live | Smart Comment Recognition

SHOPLINE has launched the "Smart Comment Recognition" feature; the system will automatically identify customer comments and sort them into Purchase Intention comments, Inquiries comments, Positive comments, and Negative comments.  

This article will cover the following: 

 

1. Enable the feature

A. Enable the feature for all livestreams

Step 1

Proceed to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] page and click the Set up button to the right of General Settings.

Step 2

Click [Smart Comment Recognition] > [Enable smart comment recognition]

Step 3

Switch on the "Enable smart comment recognition" toggle, and then click the Save changes button on the bottom right corner.

After the setting is complete, this feature will be enabled for each subsequent livestream.

B. Switch on the feature for individual livestreams

Step 1

Proceed to the SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] page and enter the livestream you wish to enable this feature for.

Step 2

Click the settings icon on the bottom left to open the setup page.

Step 3

Click [Smart Comment Recognition] > [Enable smart comment recognition] and switch on the "Enable smart comment recognition" toggle, then click the Save changes button on the bottom right. 

Once setup is complete, the feature will be enabled for this livestream.

2. Customer Comments via the Admin 

When customers leave comments in the livestream, the livestream backstage will display the corresponding tags: Purchase Intent, Inquiries, Positive, and Negative. 

*Note: The smart comment recognition database will continue to be optimized. If some comments are not successfully tagged or tagged incorrectly, it means that the database has not yet recorded the related or correct content of the comment.

The total number of purchase intention comments, inquiry comments, positive comments, and negative comments will also be displayed above the comment column.

Click the icon, and the system will automatically filter and display the comments of this category below. For example, as shown in the picture below: Click the first "Purchase Intention" icon, and the comment marked as "Purchase Intention" will be displayed below.

You can also view specific comments quickly by filtering the comments.
