The Product Activity Logs include product creation details, inventory adjustment records, and product update history—making it easier for you to track changes over time.
1. Enter the "Activity Logs" page
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Products & Categories] > [Products]. You can enter via Product List or the Product Edit page.
i. Product List
In the "Edit" drop-down menu, click Activity Logs.
ii. Product Edit page
Step 1
In the product list, click Edit next to the product.
Step 2
In the "Product Edit" page, click View Logs.
Product activity logs are categorized into two types: "Sales Order" and "Product Updated". You can view all records under the "All" tab, or filter by type using the specific tabs.

- [Coming Soon] The usage records for the new version of free gifts currently do not support displaying gifts from the shared inventory.
2. Types of activity logs
i. Product Created
Information on product creation, including product prices (Cost, Regular Price, Sale Price, and Member Price), Variations, and Quantity.
ii. Retail store-related prices
After the Retail Store Price is set up, the log will be recorded as "Product Created: Retail Store Price". After the Store-specific Price is set up, the log will be recorded as "Store-Specific Price Created: {Store Name} Price".
Once the Retail Store Price is updated, the log will be recorded as "Retail store price update". Once the Store-specific Price is updated, the log will be recorded as "Store-Specific Price Updated".
iii. Product Fulfillment
When a customer buys a product and completes the purchase order, the system will deduct the number of items purchased from the product inventory. You can check the order number, customer name, and quantities in the record.
iv. Product Fulfillment Reverted
When the order status is changed to "cancelled", the number of products in the order will be added back to the product inventory.
v. Product Updated
When you update product inventory levels, the record will show the adjusted items and the new total inventory.
vi. Others
If you make changes other than the five listed above, the record will show "Product Updated".
