為了讓您可以編輯系統預設發出的信件，SHOPLINE 提供「自訂訊息內容」功能，您能在通知信件、簡訊中加入文字、圖片及連結，提供顧客更多相關資訊。此篇為編輯通知內容時可參考、複製貼上的系統文字列表。

以下為各電郵、簡訊通知訊息所對應的系統文字列表，您可參考此列表來編輯內容。

＊注意：建議使用系統文字填入網址，系統將自動協助調整為合規短網址；使用其他短網址時，可能存在遭電信商偵測為敏感字眼或可疑網址的風險，導致阻擋發送簡訊等情況。

三、注意事項

  • 若啟用簡訊功能，SHOPLINE 將每月收取簡訊費用。
  • 顯示的電郵主旨、簡訊字數僅作為參考而非最終發送字數，會依據各別系統文字（變數）而有不同，例如：{顧客購物金餘額}。
  • 原位於訂單設定頁面的「發送訂單狀態更新簡訊」開關已移除，改為在自訂訊息內容編輯頁面開啟或關閉「簡訊發送功能」。

  • URL 和系統文字變數在預覽時顯示的僅為範例內容，而非實際發送內容。實際發送內容請參考系統文字列表說明。 
  • 系統尚不支援多語言轉譯功能，若您在訊息的繁中頁籤輸入英文簡訊內容，則設定收到繁中簡訊內容的顧客就會收到英文簡訊內容，請務必於編輯時確認語系頁籤。
     
  • 系統將會依照顧客的登入狀態，以及是否修改過商店語言，來判斷顧客收到的訊息語言：
    • 顧客未登入且未切換過商店語言：前台商店預設語言（顧客瀏覽器語言或店家自訂語言）
    • 顧客未登入但切換過商店語言：最後切換的商店語言
    • 顧客有登入且未切換過商店語言：顧客瀏覽器語言
    • 顧客有登入但切換過商店語言：最後切換的商店語言
