FAQ

1. Why couldn't I find certain products/categories when I performed "search"?

To search for products, please enter "product name", "SKU" or "barcode". To search for categories, please enter "category name". If you can not find the product/category, it is possible that the product/category has been deleted, or the keyword is not found. Please try other keywords.

2. Why is the sum of revenue of all categories different from the total revenue in other pages?

If you are running an online store, please be noted that a product may belong to multiple categories according to your settings. Therefore, adding up the sales numbers of all products may differ from total revenue in other pages.

3. Why couldn't I find all the categories in the list?

If you are running an online store and you have created the category structure with multiple layers, to be more concise, you will only find the "main categories" showing in the list.
