SHOPLINE's Message Center supports a range of filter conditions, you can quickly search for your message according to the different message statuses.
The filter conditions are as follows:
- Assignment Status
- Session Status
- Conversation Pending
- Processing Status
- With phone number
- From Facebook Ads
- Payment Slip
- Member Status
- Order Status
- Order Payment Status
- Order Delivery Status
- Order Time
1. Filter Condition Introduction
Proceed to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [Message Center] and click the "Instant Message" tab, then click the icon to select the filter conditions.
Once you have selected the conditions, click Save. The messages that meet the conditions will display in the message list.
The following will cover each filter condition:
1. Assignment Status
You can choose to view messages unassigned or assigned to you (login account).
2. Session Status
You can select to view the Unread, Read, and Follow-up messages.
3. Conversation Pending
You can select to view messages with no manual reply yet.
*Note: As long as the last message comes from a customer or the system, it will be recognized as "no manual reply yet".
4. Processing Status
You can select to view Open or Completed messages.
You can select to view messages that are added with special tags. The tag options will be the tags you have created.
You can select to view messages from customers that have been blacklisted or not.
7. With Phone Number
You can select to view messages from customers with or without phone numbers.
8. From Facebook Ads
You can select to view whether the message came from a Facebook Ad or not.
9. Payment Slip
You can select to view messages from customers that have either uploaded their payment slip or not.
10. Member Status
You can select to view messages from customers that are or are not members.
11. Order Status
You can select to view messages that are Open, Confirmed, Completed, or Cancelled.
12. Order Payment Status
You can select to view customer messages with order payment statuses that are Unpaid, Paid, Refunding, Refunded, or Partially Refunded.
13. Order Delivery Status
You can select to view customer messages with order delivery status that are Unfulfilled, Shipping, Shipped, Arrived, Collected, Returned, or Returning.
14. Order Time
You can select to view messages with orders created today, last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days or the past 12 months.
*Note: If you are using 9. Payment Slip, 11. Order Status, 12. Order Payment Status, 13. Order Delivery Status filter conditions, the system will automatically apply the order time to the past 12 months.
This means that orders from the past 12 months that match other filters will be filtered.
