In the SHOPLINE Admin, you can see the message content settings related to orders, and decide whether to activate app notifications for different types of order notifications.

 

How to edit order notifications

Step 1

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Shopper App Management] > [App Notification Settings].

Step 2

 Click on the Personal Message > Orders tab.

Click Edit on the right side of a specific message.

Complete the following settings.

1. Basic Settings

"Delivery Timing" and "Notification method" will be displayed in the "Basic Settings" block. The notification method for all personal messages defaults to "Send App push and message notifications". 

 

2. Notification Title / Content

There will be default "Notification Title" and "Notification Content" for the order notifications, which you can customize if need be.

*Note: There are character limits set for them both.

 

3. Preview Panel

You can preview the push notification and message notification that you've set on the preview panel to the right. The display language is subject to the language of the first item in "Notification Title" and "Notification Content".

 

Step 5

Click on Save at the bottom of the page to save the changes made.

Step 6

Click Turn On Notifications at the top right to activate this notification.

Step 7

Return to the "Orders" tab and you will see that this notification has been marked "Activated".
