These two campaigns are independent of each other. "App Member Referral Campaign" is for new members and referrers who have downloaded the app, and "Promotions & Reward > Member Referral Campaign" is for new online store users and referrers.
Can registered online store members still receive App Referral Rewards?
- If it is the invitee's first time downloading the app on their device, and the invitee logs in to the app as an online store member registered within 72 hours, both the referrer and the invitee can receive the App Referral Reward.
- If it is the invitee's first time downloading the app on their device, and the invitee is not an online store member, their registration/login identity to the app will be recognized as a new user. The referrer and the invitee can both receive the App Referral Reward.
Can registered app members still receive online store referral rewards?
- If the invitee logs in to the online store as a member who has previously registered with the app, they will not be able to receive the referral reward from the online store.
- If the invitee was not a member of the app before, when registering and logging in to the online store as a new user through the link shared by the referrer, the referrer and the invitee can both receive the referral reward from the online store.
