Create Customer Group - General Filter

SHOPLINE's "Customer Group" feature will allow you to use a variety of filters to segment your customers accurately. You can also export relevant reports of specific customer groups so that you can formulate the best marketing strategies and promotional activities for this customer group.

In this article, you will learn the filter conditions for the customer groups and be introduced to the following:

 

1. Introduction

The Customer Group filter conditions are mainly divided into 7 types - Profile, Customer tags, Product Preferences, Visiting Behavior, Purchase Behavior, and Accept Marketing. Please read this article for details about Smart RFIM segmentation.

*Note: For order-related filter conditions, the orders do not contain cancelled or deleted orders.

i. Profile

There are 29 filter conditions for customer profiles:

⚠️ Note: If you have changed the conditions for membership extension or upgrade, please contact the Online Merchant Success Team to assist in the application and update the filter condition data according to the latest conditions.

*Remark 2: Customers are listed in the customer group only when they click on the category page. They will not be listed if they only view the product pages in the category. The system currently does not support categories created as Advanced Pages.

*Remark 3: The data tracking method for abandoned carts can make the customer list slightly different, but it is still highly informative.

The "Smart RFIM Grouping" feature is required to display the "High/Medium/Low" smart options which the system captures customer spending data. For details, please refer to this article.
