SHOPLINE's "Customer Group" feature will allow you to use a variety of filters to segment your customers accurately. You can also export relevant reports of specific customer groups so that you can formulate the best marketing strategies and promotional activities for this customer group.
In this article, you will learn the filter conditions for the customer groups and be introduced to the following:
1. Introduction
The Customer Group filter conditions are mainly divided into 7 types - Profile, Customer tags, Product Preferences, Visiting Behavior, Purchase Behavior, and Accept Marketing. Please read this article for details about Smart RFIM segmentation.
*Note: For order-related filter conditions, the orders do not contain cancelled or deleted orders.

* Money Spent/ AOV:
A. Select High/ Mid/ Low/ Custom
The "Smart RFIM Grouping" feature is required to display the "High/Medium/Low" smart options which the system captures customer spending data. For details, please refer to this article.
B. If you select "Custom," please select equal/ greater/ less than/ equal to or greater than/ equal to or less than.
C. Enter the spent amount.
D. Click Add.
E. Select "Custom Time" or "Lifetime."
*Note: If you select a custom time, the maximum time period is limited to 1 year.
vi. Accept Marketing
