This article explains the details of the Shopper App traffic maintenance fee.
1. Charging scope
The Shopper App traffic maintenance fee applies to orders placed through Shopper App Lite and Shopper App Pro.
2. Fee calculation method
The Shopper App traffic maintenance fee and the traffic maintenance fee are calculated separately. If an order meets the charging criteria, merchants will see both of the following fees:
- Shopper App traffic maintenance fee: Varies by store’s plan (the examples below are based on a 0.3% rate)
- Traffic maintenance fee: Varies by store’s plan (the examples below are based on a 0.5% rate)
Example 1
If a merchant has subscribed to Shopper App and a customer places and completes a HK$1,000 order in the Online Store, the maintenance fees will be:

| Traffic maintenance fee | HK$1,000 × 0.5% = HK$5 |
| Total | HK$5 |
Example 2
If a merchant has subscribed to Shopper App and a customer places and completes a HK$1,000 order in the Shopper App, the maintenance fees will be:

| Shopper App traffic maintenance fee | HK$1,000 × 0.3% = HK$3 |
| Traffic maintenance fee | HK$1,000 × 0.5% = HK$5 |
| Total | HK$8 |
