Through the "Messages" page, customers can send messages to you. You can reply to the messages in the SHOPLINE Admin > [Message Center] > [Shop Message]. For more details about the Message Center, please refer to: Message Center Interface Overview.
This article will cover the following:
1. Set the display element
i. Homepage design
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Shopper App Management] > [App Design] > [Homepage Design]. Click Set up to enter the app editor page.
Click Top Navigation and enable the "Messages" icon.
ii. Member center
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Shopper App Management] > [App Design] > [Member Center]. Click Set up to enter the app editor page.
Click Top Navigation and enable the "Messages" icon.
In addition to the top app bar, the system also displays the "Messages" entry by default at the bottom of the Member Center page.
iii. Product detail page
The system also displays the icon on the product detail page by default. Customers can tap the icon to open the "Messages" page.
2. "Messages" page features
i. Send text / images
Customers can send text and image messages on this page. You can reply to them in the Message Center.
ii. Copy messages
Press and hold a message to copy it. A confirmation message will appear once the copy is successful.
iii. Send product information
Customers can tap the icon in the product detail page to open the "Messages" page.
Tap Message to send product information and ask further questions.
Customers can also tap the Buy Now button to add the product to the shopping cart.
