Store Brand Code | O2O Redemption

The "O2O Redemption" app supports two redemption methods. This article will introduce the "Store Brand Code" process, which requires setting a unique redemption code. Staff do not need to log in, they can simply enter the code to process customer redemptions.

This method is ideal for short-term promotional campaigns or pop-up stores that involve multiple products and require multiple staff members.

⚠️ Before you start, please be reminded: The "Store Brand Code" redemption method can only generate QR codes by product.

 

This article will cover the following:

 

1. Admin setup

step 1

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products], add or edit a product.

Enter the "Product Feed Data" tab, set up the brand name in the "Brand" field, and click Update.

Step 2

Go to O2O Redemption Admin > [Brand Code], and click the Create button in the top-right corner.

Step 3

Select the brand name you set, enter the brand code, set the status to "Enable", and then click Save.

2. Redemption process

Step 1

The customer places an order on your online store and selects the product you have configured.

 

Step 2

Once the "Payment Status" or "Delivery Status" updates to the specified status, the system will send a QR code email to the customer.

*Note: If the order status is updated to "Completed", "Cancelled", or "Refunded", the QR code will automatically become invalid and can not be redeemed.

Step 3

Staff do not need to download a specific app and can use any device with QR code scanning and internet access. The redemption process is as follows:

  • Staff scan the QR code and enter the brand code.

  • View the order details.

  • Scroll down to review product details, enter the quantity to redeem, and tap REDEEM PRODUCT.

    *Notes:

    • This feature supports partial redemption. If the customer purchased more than one unit, redemption can be completed in multiple visits.
    • Staff can add remarks for each redemption.
    • If a QR code has expired, staff with specific permissions can still force a redemption. In such cases, the system will highlight the button in red as a reminder for staff. Please contact the Online Merchant Success Team for more details.
       
  • Successful redemption window.

  • Once redemption is complete, the product status will change from "Unredeemed" to "Redeemed".

Step 4

After a full redemption, the customer will receive a "Completely redeem" email.

For partial redemptions, they will receive a "Partial redeem" email.

3. Notes

  • Products must have the correct brand code set; otherwise, the system will not generate or send the QR code to customers.
  • It is recommended to assign the same delivery method for all products using the brand code to avoid confusion with other redemption methods.
  • As long as a product has a "Brand" set in the SHOPLINE Admin, the system will automatically generate the QR code, regardless of whether a brand code is configured in the QRedeem Admin. Please review your settings carefully.
