Custom Email Sender

When customers register, place orders, or take other actions on your online store, the system will automatically send notification emails using the default sender xxx@shopline.com.

To enhance your brand image, you can purchase the "Custom Email Sender" feature and set your own email address as the sender.

 

This article will cover the following:

 

1. How to apply

Step 1

Before you apply for the feature, please confirm the following:

  • You own a "unique domain", e.g., www.example.com.tw.
  • You have a "business email" under the domain, e.g., xxx@example.com.tw.
  • Confirm the business email you want to use, e.g., servcie@example.com.tw.

  • Confirm the sender name you wish to use. We recommend displaying your store name.

Step 2

Go to SHOPLINE Admin, and click the blue chat box in the bottom right corner to contact the Online Merchant Success Team.

2. Notes

  • Currently, the sender’s profile picture cannot be changed.
  • This feature also applies to emails sent via the Broadcast Center.
