When the following situations occur, you need to republish the app:
1. App information changes
Changes to the app’s homepage, top navigation, promotions, slidable banner, and member area take effect immediately. However, if you change any of the following app content, you will need to republish the app for changes to take effect.
i. Brand content: logo, name, and splash screen
Setting path: SHOPLINE Admin > [Shopper App Management] > [App Design].

iii. Graphics for app store
Setting path: SHOPLINE Admin > [Shopper App Management] > [App Publish Settings].
iv. Third-party integration settings
Setting path: SHOPLINE Admin > [Shopper App Management] > [App Publish Settings].
2. Shopper App updates
SHOPLINE will continue to enhance the Shopper App features. If the feature iteration process requires republishing the app, you will be notified to submit a publication request.
i. Republish the app
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Shopper App Management] > [App Publish Settings]. Click Submit an app publish review to complete the republish.
ii. App store review and publish
After you submit the app publication request, SHOPLINE will submit the application for review in the App Store within 3 to 5 working days, and the App Store review process is expected to take around 3 to 7 working days. If the review goes smoothly, your app will be published immediately.
