SHOPLINE's "Social Post Selling" feature is now available for Facebook Group posts. You can offer attractive sales campaigns for exclusive members of the group to boost brand impression and sales.
Similar to the Social Post Selling campaign on Facebook Page, when a customer leaves a comment on the Facebook Group post, the system will detect keywords and send the shopping cart link through Messenger. Customers can then complete the checkout directly.

1. Enable Facebook Group Social Post Selling
Click the Enable button on the top right.
*Note: Before enabling, please ensure the content of the post includes the description text of the product keywords to allow customers to view and place orders.
When this window appears, it means that the Social Post Selling has been successfully created and the status will be updated to "Open".
2. Customers leave keyword comments on Facebook Group post
Customers only need to comment on the product keywords in the Facebook Group post to add products to the cart.
*Note: Customers should leave keyword comments in the comment section of the Social Post Selling. If the posts have multiple images, commenting on the comment section of each image will not trigger the keyword comments.
3. Message Management
Click the "Message Management" tab on the left to view customer comments and sales overview.
i. Sales Overview
In the "Sales Overview" section, you can view the "Total Comment(s)", "Orders(s)", "Total Order Amount", "Unpaid" and "Unpaid Amount".
ii. Comment management
In the "Comment Management" section, you can view all the comments, keyword order product(s), their current cart product(s), and created order(s). You can also filter out comments through the drop-down fields.
*Note: If the customer left a comment after the Social Post Selling ended, then this comment will not display in the Comment Management section.
Click the icons next to the comment to send a private message, edit the shopping cart, and create an order for the customer.
*Note: You can only send private messages to customers who have messaged the Page within the last 7 days.
4. Product Overview
Click the "Product Overview" tab on the left to view the sales performance of products.
5. Copy, end, and remove Social Post Selling
Go to [Social Commerce] > [Social Post Selling] and click the "..." icon next to the Facebook Group post. Then, select Copy, End, or Remove.
*Note: This page will only display 3 latest Social Post Selling. Click All Sales Events to view all Social Post Selling.
Bulk copy or remove Social Post Selling
Click All Sales Events to view all Social Post Selling.
Check the boxes on the left of the posts (Select the option at the top to select all posts). Then, click Copy or Delete to bulk copy or remove Social Post Selling.
*Notes:
- After removing the Social Post Selling from a Group post, customers can still comment on the posts.
- The duplicated Social Post Selling will appear at the top of the list.
- When duplicating a Social Post Selling, the system will only copy the name, product, keywords, order rules, comment and message settings, and scheduled time. The duplicated Social Post Selling will not be connected to the same Group post. You will need to connect it individually.
