SHOPLINE introduces the "Print Comment Label" feature, allowing merchants to print customer comments during the livestream. After confirming order information with the customer, merchants can ship orders based on the details on the comment label.
*Notes:
- This feature is available for livestreams created on Facebook Page, Facebook Group, and Instagram.
- If you wish to print comment labels automatically or customize the label content, please refer to this FAQ for further instructions.
This article will cover the following:
1. Install printing software
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live]. Click Settings next to "Print Comment Label".
i. Download for Windows
Click the install "Windows" button.
Open the downloaded installer and follow the instructions to install "SLPrinter".
Select the destination folder.
The following page will be displayed when the "SLPrinter" installation is complete.
ii. Download for Mac
Click the install "Mac" button and select the supported version.
Open the downloaded installer and follow the instructions to install "SLPrinter".
Confirm the permission settings and continue the installation process.
The following page will be displayed when the "SLPrinter" installation is complete.
⚠️ After successfully installing the SLPrinter software, if you encounter
any issues while installing the printer driver, please contact
the printer manufacturer.
You can also install the printer by going to [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and click Help > Install SLPrinter.
Follow the same instructions provided above to install the SLPrinter.
2. Print comment labels
Once you have installed the SLPrinter, make sure you have switched on the "Print Comment Label" toggle.
Enter the livestream backstage where you want to print the comment label.
In the livestream backstage, click the "print" icon next to customer comments.
*Notes:
- If you switch off the print comment label toggle, the "Print" icon will not be displayed.
- The "Print" icon will appear next to each comment regardless of whether the customer's comment contains keywords.
When printing for the first time, a prompt message will appear asking, "Do you want to open SLPrinter?". Select "Always Allow" and click "Open" to print the label.
When a green checkmark appears on the "Print" icon, it indicates that the comment has been successfully printed. Click again to reprint the comment label.
*Notes:
- Printing or reprinting comment labels during and after the livestream is supported.
- We recommend testing the printing function before the official livestream to ensure it is fully connected and to check whether the printed labels appear as expected.
You can also print customer comment labels in the "Comment Management" tab.
3. Filter comments by print status
In the "Comment Management" tab, click More filters.
You can filter customer comments based on the print status by selecting "Unprint" or "Printed".
