[Coming Soon] Filter orders by status

*Currently, this feature is only available for merchants using iOS v1.86.0/ Android v1.40.0 or above.

Tap Filters, and a  "Filters" window will pop up for you to filter orders by payment status or order status. Multiple filters can be selected at once.

  • Payment Status: Paid / Partially Paid / Unpaid / Refunded
  • Order Status: Confirmed / Completed / Cancelled

*Note: Order filtering only supports the local database.  If some data (for example, preorders) are not stored locally, they cannot be filtered out. Should such an issue occur, merchants are suggested to go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Order Management] > [Orders] to search for the orders.

3. Search transaction history

You can search transaction history using the following terms: "transaction number", "transaction date", and "customer phone”.

i. Transaction Number: Search for any character (number) to view related orderstransaction_number.jpg

ii. Transaction Date Range: transaction creation date5.jpeg

[Coming Soon] Order history auto-archiving: The system supports exporting data from the past 2 years. Data earlier than 2 years will be automatically archived and cannot be selected on the date range.

For example: If today is 10 March 2024, you can view data as early as 10 March 2022. Orders from 9 March 2 will be archived.

If a transaction is still displayed in the app after being archived, you will not be able to perform any actions on this order. Tapping the function button at the top right will display an error notification. Tap OK, and the system will refresh and hide this transaction.
