The Customer List enables you to filter and export report data, allowing for customized customer reports tailored to your needs and preferences. This facilitates more effective customer relationship management and maintenance.
This article will cover the following:
1. How to export customer report
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Customer Management] > [Customers], and click Export Report at the top right.
i. Select the data range
You can select the data range for the report. If you have a large amount of customer data, exporting the data may take some time.
- All Customers: export all customer data in the store.
- Customer Create Time: export the customer data created within the selected time range.
- Selected Customers: export the customer data selected in the customer list (you must select the customer before exporting the report).
ii. Select the export field
You can customize the exported data fields and specify the field order before exporting. (The system will record the exported field setting and apply them by default for the next export. You can also reselect them as needed).
- Single selection
Check the fields you want on the left, and they will be displayed as selected on the right. To deselect, uncheck the field on the left or click the X icon next to the selected field. - All selection
Click Select all to export the report with all fields. -
Field order
Fields are sequenced according to selection time (from old to new). You can drag the order on the right panel. (When all fields are selected they will be arranged according to the order on the left panel.) - Required field
The "Full Name" field is mandatory, you cannot deselect it from the customer report. - Default setting
During your first report export, the system will select the commonly used fields by default. It will apply your latest selected settings for the next report export.
Upon completion, click Export.
*Notes:
- The "Message Count" field has been removed as of August 2023 and is no longer available. If you want to view information related to messages, please refer to Message Center Interface (New).
- Now supports "Facebook registration ID" and "LINE registration ID" fields.
2. How to download customer report
You can download the report from the email inbox, or go to [Report & Analytics] > [Bulk Action Process].

*Note: A maximum of 10,000 customer data can be exported at once.
If a shop contains 12,345 customer data, you will receive an email with 2 download links for the report. One link will contain 10,000 data, and the other will contain 2,345 data.
