i.  Switch OFF the "Checkout Limitation to One Coupon" toggle

When customers hold multiple different discount codes and coupons, any product-level discounts, order-level discounts, category-level discounts, gifts, or free-shipping promotion coupons can be applied to the order without any upper limit as long as they meet the usage threshold and until the order subtotal reaches 0.

ii. Switch ON the "Checkout Limitation to One Coupon" toggle

Regardless of the type of discount code, customers can only apply ONE set of discount codes in a single order. If you wish to change the discount code X to the discount code Y, you need to remove the already-applied discount code X before you can use the discount code Y.

*Note: Auto-apply promotion is not subject to this feature.

🔔 Example:

A set of discount codes has been to the order in the image below. When the customer enters another set of discount codes, the system will display a prompt in red that says "Other Coupon has been applied. Please Remove it to apply new coupon."
