Change Delivery Method after Order Placed

When Customer want to change delivery method after Order create, merchant can use this function to do.

For example:

Given that an order has been set up for 7-11 pickup only, the customer intends to deliver to another address via Fedex, DHL..etc under certain conditions such as moving or going abroad.

1. Which delivery option & status can be changed?

Available delivery option:

  1. Pickup - 7-11 pickup only(B2C)
  2. Pickup - 7-11 pickup only(C2C)
  3. Pickup - Family Mart pickup only(B2C)
  4. Delivery - Tcat Room Temp.
  5. Delivery - Tcat Refrigerated
  6. Delivery - Tcat Frozen
  7. Local courier
  8. Cash on delivery
  9. Pickup - 7-11 pickup (no integration)
  10. Pickup - Family Mart pickup (no integration)
  11. Custom

Unavailable delivery option:

  1. Delivery - Others
  2. Pickup - 7-11 pickup and pay in store(B2C)
  3. Pickup - 7-11 pickup and pay in store(C2C)
  4. Pickup - Family Mart pickup and pay in store(B2C)
  5. Delivery - Tcat Room Temp. (Collect on Delivery)
  6. Delivery - Tcat Refrigerated (Collect on Delivery)
  7. Delivery - Tcat Frozen (Collect on Delivery)
  8. International courier

Available delivery status:

  1. Unfulfilled (Pending、Pre-processing、Processing、Shippable)
  2. Returned
  3. Problematic (Expired)

Unavailable delivery status:

  1. Shipped
  2. Arrived
  3. Collected
  4. Returning
  5. Store-closed
  6. Problematic (Failed)

HK:

Available delivery option:

  1. Delivery - SF Plus
  2. Local courier
  3. Cash on Delivery
  4. Pick-up - S.F. Express
  5. Pick-up - HOP!
  6. Pick-up -SF Plus
  7. Custom

Unavailable delivery option:

  1. Delivery - Others
  2. International courier

Available delivery status:

  1. Unfulfilled
  2. Returned

Unavailable delivery status:

  1. Shipped
  2. Arrived
  3. Collected
  4. Returning

 

2. Chagne delivery method

You can find 'edit button' when delivery status of this order allow to edit delivery information.

After click 'edit button' will display as below if this order can change delivery option.

System will show selectable delivery options in dropdown list, even if those are unpublish.

You can see recipient name and phone no. show by original information of order, and merchant can edit.

In other hand, merchant need to input required fields of new delivery option.

3. Edit required informantion

System will alarm by red color when any required field is empty.

4. Show result

After saved, it will show update successful message in order show page.

If merchant need notification to customer, merchant can use this button to resend email.

5. Additional instructions

  1. If merchant can not see the dropdown list of delivery option, it mean this delivery option can not be change now such as 7-11 pickup and pay in store or international courier.
  2. If merchant can see the dropdown list but no selectable option in there, it mean this store have no other selectable option.
  3. Delivery fee will not change after merchant change delivery option.
