Publish and Unpublish Products | POS Admin

Merchants owning both retail and online stores can now publish and unpublish products more efficiently using separate function buttons.

This article will cover the following:

 

1. Individual and bulk product publish/unpublish in online and retail store 

Step 1

Go to the Admin Panel, and click [Products & Categories] > [Products].

  • On the right of the product row, you will see the Online Store Publish/Unpublish and Retail Store Publish/Unpublish buttons. To unpublish products, click the button to turn them from gray to blue.

  • Expand the show drop-down menu to filter products according to their published status: Online Store PublishedOnline Store UnpublishedRetail Store Published, and Retail Store Unpublished.

  • Check the boxes next to the products, then expand the Bulk Actions drop-down menu to change the published status of selected products.

  • You can find the Publish/Unpublish button on the right side of the products. To unpublish products, click the button to turn them from gray to blue.

  • In the show drop-down menu. You can filter products by those that are published/unpublished.

  • Check the boxes next to the products, then expand the Bulk Actions drop-down menu to change the published status of the selected products.

2. Product publish toggle switch

Step 1

In SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Products & Categories] > [Products] and click Edit next to a product.

  • On the Edit page, you can publish/unpublish a product using the toggle switches. You can publish the product separately on a retail store or online store. Click Update to complete the update.

  • On the Edit page, you can publish/unpublish the product using the toggle switch.

  • If the product is unpublished, pull down the product page on the SHOPLINE POS app to update.  The unpublished product will be hidden from the app and will no longer be displayed.

3. Activity logs

All product publishing updates are recorded in the Activity Logs section. Click the Logs tab to view.
