In order to let you conduct more advanced analysis for optimizing the effectiveness of store operations, we launched the function of exporting data reports from Shoplytics. After exporting, you can use Excel or other analysis tools to perform advanced analysis according to your needs.
*Currently, the two analysis charts of "Customer" and "Customer Behavior" do not yet support the export report, which is expected to be launched soon.
In this article, you'll find:
1. Export all / selected reports
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Report & Analytics] > [Shoplytics].
Step 1
Go to the tab you want to export. Select the analysis period, and click Export at the top-right corner.
*Note: Only data from the currently viewed page will be exported. For example, if the selected tab is "Online Store - Storefront", the exported report will contain data only for that sales method. To export another item, switch tabs before exporting.
Step 2
After clicking Export, there will be "Export all reports" and "Export selected reports". If you select "Export all reports", you will receive all the metrics on that page at once.
If you select "Export selected reports", check the box(es) of the metric you want to view. Click Export to export the reports.
Step 3
The system will generate a CSV (comma-separated values) file or a zip file and send it to your email inbox. Open the mail and click Download to get the files.
*Note: The download link in the email is valid for 7 days. The link in the mail will go invalid after 7 days. Please return to Shoplytics and export the report again if you want to get the same report.
2. Add filters, customize columns and sorting orders
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Report & Analytics] > [Shoplytics].
Step 1. Select displaying columns
Select the report you want to export. Click Column to select the columns you want to view.
Step 2. Select the sorting order
Click the column heading to change the sorting order of the report.
The order will be arranged from the highest value to the lowest.
Step 3. Confirm and apply
After adding the filtering keywords and selected suppliers, click the button.
Confirm your filtering selections and click Export.
Step 4. Download the report
The system will generate a CSV (comma-separated values) file and send it to your email inbox. Open the mail and click Download to get the files.

You can find the report with a customized sorting order and filters.
