  • Logo listings and store logos

Go to the SHOPLINE Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products] to upload products. Please confirm that there are at least 7 to 10 products on the shelves, each product must have at least 1 item in stock, and each product must be priced on the website. Upload your logo and favicon in [Online Store Design] > [Design] > Logo & Favicon.

 

  • Enable the shopping cart feature

Go to the SHOPLINE Admin > [Settings] > [Payment Options] and [Delivery Options] to add at least one payment and delivery option so that customers can add products to the shopping cart and have available payment and delivery methods.

 

  • The store must be open to the public

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Settings] > [Basic Settings] > Store Status to change to "Open" so that customers can browse your website normally.

 

  • The store homepage must have a direct link to the product page

The store homepage must be showing products or menu navigation linking to the product page. To set up menu navigation, please refer to this article.

 

  • Contact information

In the SHOPLINE Admin, you can use the footer editor in [Online Store Design] > [Menu Navigation]. You should disclose company information and contact information in the "Contact Us" column so that customers can make contact directly.

The contact information must include a phone number or email.

 

  • Delivery Policy

In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Online Store Design] > [Pages], click on the Edit next to default "Delivery Policy" to enter instructions for consumers' reference.

The shipping policy should include all of the following items:

- Delivery option, logistics provider

- Shipping days (no. of days from the order is placed to the order is shipped)

- Delivery days (no. of days from the order is shipped to the order is received)

- Shipping and delivery days for pre-orders (If there are pre-orders for sale)

  • Return Policy

In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Online Store Design] > [Pages], click on the Edit next to "Return Policy" to edit the return policy and instructions for consumers' reference.

Please include all of the following items in the return policy:

- Whether to accept returns

- Return and exchange conditions

- Return and exchange process

- Contact information

If you create the store after 22 Dec 2021, the system supports a template in Traditional Chinese in the "Return Policy" tab.

 

  • Privacy Policy

Please add the Privacy Policy in the store's Terms and Conditions tab. The Privacy Policy is a statement of how the website will process and protect the personal data of customers. The disclosure of the Privacy Policy is one of the audit items for cash flow audit and advertisement placement. Please include the following items in the privacy policy:

- Personal data that will be collected

- How the website processes customers' personal data
