You can quickly switch different social accounts to view customers' inbox messages.
1. Switch accounts
At the top of the Instant Message page, there are an "All Pages" button and icons showing the accounts connected to your store.
i. All pages
Click on the three dots next to "All Pages", you can organize the display of messages from the connected accounts.
*Notes:
- The system defaults to compile from all accounts.
- If you choose to compile all pages, the accounts connected to your store will also automatically appear on this page.
- Administrators can refer to the icon to identify which social channel the message comes from.
ii. Account icons
Click the account icon to switch and view different accounts.
