Customers can tap a product in the app to open the product detail page, where they can view detailed product information, applicable campaigns, reviews, and more. They can also add the product to their wishlist or shopping cart.
This article introduces the key features of the app product detail page.
i. Product information
Includes the product name, images, price, variations, applicable campaigns, reviews, and available delivery and payment methods.
*Note: The border and text color of selected product variations will follow the color settings under [Theme Settings] > [Button].
You can swipe left or right to view product images, or tap to enlarge them.
ii. Add to wishlist
Tap the heart icon next to the product name to add the item to your wishlist.
iii. Add to shopping cart
Tap the Add to cart button at the bottom of the page to add the product to your cart.
*Note: The button color on the product detail page will follow the color settings under [Theme Settings] > [Buttons].
Tap the cart icon in the bottom-left corner to view your shopping cart list.
iv. Message customer support
Tap the customer support icon in the bottom-left corner to open the message page. Customers can send product information directly to the store to confirm details.
v. Search products
Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner to search for products by keyword. Your recent search history will be displayed below, and can be cleared.
vi. Share products
Tap the share icon in the top-right corner, choose a sharing channel, and send the product link to your friends.
vii. View related products
At the bottom of the product detail page, related products will be displayed based on the settings in SHOPLINE Admin > [Products & Categories] > [Products] > [Info] > [Related Products].
