With the Countdown element, you can display the upcoming or ending promotions in your app, encouraging customers to click and view the details.
⚠️ Before you start: For Hong Kong merchants, this feature is available only on the Shopper App Pro plan.
Step 1
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Shopper App Management] > [App Design] > [Homepage Design] > [Current Template]. Click Set up to enter the app page editor.
Step 2
Click Add an element and select the "Countdown" element. Drag it to the preview area at the center to the location where you can insert the element.
Step 3
Complete the following settings in the right editing area.
i. Period
Set the campaign start and end time, and the system will automatically calculate and display the countdown.
*Note: The countdown supports up to 31 days.
ii. Countdown start / end
You can customize the countdown element title, content, button display, button text, and jump link. The jump link currently supports either a promotion or a custom URL.
The countdown start and end content can be set separately, or you can enable the "The countdown starts and ends with the same content" option.
iii. Text alignment
Set the title and content alignment for this element.
iv. Color setting
Set the countdown element title text, content text, timer number, and timer background colors.
*Note: The buttons will use the color you set in [Theme Settings] > [Colors] > [Button].
