You can set up the "Featured Products" element to display products in a 3-per-row layout on the app homepage. You can choose to display specific products or an entire product category.
⚠️ Before you start: For Hong Kong merchants, this feature is available only on the Shopper App Pro plan.
The article will cover the following:
1. Set up the Featured Products element
Step 1
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Shopper App Management] > [App Design] > [Homepage Design] > [Current Template]. Click Set up to enter the app page editor.
Step 2
Click Add an element and select the "Featured Products" element. Drag it to the preview area at the center to the location where you can insert the element.
Step 3
Complete the following settings in the right editing area.
i. Title
Enter the title for the featured products, up to 100 characters.
ii. Display button
Enabled by default. You can edit the button text, with at least one language required and up to 20 characters per language.
iii. Text alignment
Set the title alignment for this element.
iv. Product Settings
Set the number of display rows for each product group, supporting 1 to 10 rows. The system displays 3 products per row by default.
v. Release schedule (optional)
If you have set a release time, the element will be displayed in the app at the specified time.
2. Set up group content
Step 1
Add up to 10 groups in the left panel. You can also enable, disable, or delete the Featured Products element here.
Step 2
Click a group and select products in the right editing panel. You can choose by product or category.
*Note: If you choose by product, you must set a group name. If you choose by category, the system will automatically display the category name.
3. App display effect
If more than one group is added, group buttons will appear below the title, allowing customers to switch between groups.
*Note: The group buttons will use the color you set in [Theme Settings] > [Colors] > [Button].
