The Broadcast Center supports sending broadcast message to existing customer groups. For more details, please refer to this article.

1. Filter conditions that apply to all broadcast messages
When adding a broadcast message in the Broadcast Center, click the Set Target Group tab, and click the Add Filter drop-down menu to add multiple filter conditions.
1. Is Password Set
Customers who have set a login password (indicated by a tick under "Password Setup" in the customer details) will be screened under the "Is Password Set" filter condition.
2. Created Time
You can filter customers by the time they create a customer record at the store.
You can select the time period:
- In the last week
- In the last month
- In the last year
- On or before/after (a specific date)
- Custom time
3. Registered Time
You can filter customers by the time they registered as members.
You can select the time period: in the last week/month/year, on or after/before a date, or a custom time.
4. Membership Expiry Date
If you have set a membership expiry date, you can filter customers by the expiry date.
You can select the time period: in the last week/month/year, on or after/before a date, or a custom time.
5. Member Point Balance
Please select a value range:
- Equal to
- Greater than
- Less than
- Equal to or Greater than
- Equal to or Less than
Then enter a point value.
6. Total Spent
Select a value range:
- Equal to
- Equal to or Greater than
- Equal to or Less than
Then enter the amount.
You can select the time period: Lifetime, in the last week/month/year, or a custom time (Maximum range: 1 Year).
*Note: The cancelled order amount is not counted.
You can view the customer's total spent amount in the customer details.
7. Order Amount
Select a value range: Equal to/Equal to or Greater than/Equal to or Less than, then enter the order amount.
You can select the time period: in the last week/month/year, or a custom time (Maximum range: 1 Year).
*Note: The cancelled order amount is not counted.
You can view the amount spent on each order in the "Orders Placed" on the customer details page.
8. Number of Orders
Select a value range: Equal to/Equal to or Greater than/Equal to or Less than, then enter the order amount.
You can select the time period: in the last week/month/year, or a custom time (Maximum range: 1 Year).
*Note: The cancelled order amount is not counted.
9. Purchased Products
A. Select from products
Select Specific product and enter the product name or SKU. Check the box(es) to select the product(s). You can select the time period: in the last week/month/year, or a custom time (Maximum range: 1 Year).
The system can then filter out customers who have purchased the product(s) within the time period.
B. Select from category
Select Specific category and check the box(es) for the category. You can select the time period: in the last week/month/year, or a custom time (Maximum range: 1 Year).
The system can then filter out customers who have purchased the product in the category within the time period.
*Note:
- The cancelled order amount is not counted.
- Currently, a maximum of 20 products/categories can be selected at one time. The number of selected products will appear at the bottom of the filter menu.
10. Wishlist Contains Products
Same as the filter criteria for "Purchased Products", you can select specific products by product and category, and select a date range.
The system can then filter out customers who have added the product(s) to their wishlist within the time period.
11. Abandoned Cart Contains Products
Same as the filter criteria for "Purchased Products", you can select specific products by product and category, and select a date range.
The system can then filter out customers who have abandoned product(s) in their cart within the time period.
Besides selecting from a specific product and category, you can use the filter to filter out customers who have left any products in their cart within the time period.
2. Filter conditions that apply to email messages

Email Verification Status
Customers who have verified their email addresses (indicated by the green box in the customer details) will be screened under the "Email Verification Status" filter condition.
3. Filter conditions that apply to SMS messages

Mobile Verification Status
Customers who have verified their mobile number (indicated by the green box in the customer details) will be screened under the "Mobile Verification Status" filter condition.
